The bed was in a state that one would hesitate to even call it a rag, the walls were creaking. The final moments of the giant ship were drawing closer by the minute. Still, Litty believed in Julie, who had entrusted everything to her.
Soon, a ray of light created the silhouette of a woman sitting on the bed.
“Julie-san!” (Litty)
The woman was composed of light, with no discernible eyes, nose, or anything else. But to Litty, the woman seemed to be smiling.
At that moment, the rotting door opened behind Litty.
“You are…” (Litty)
Litty turned around and in front of her was a man with a fearless face.
The evil, brooding atmosphere from the fight was nowhere to be found. Cleaver, looking like how he was before he died, slipped past Litty and walked over to the woman.
“Julie, I’m sorry.” (Cleaver)
“Come on, it’s time to go.” (Julie)
Cleaver also became light and became one with the woman. The light, which had become amorphous, transformed into a sphere and floated in the air.
–I’m sorry. I shall entrust my legacy to you.
“Cleaver-san…” (Litty)
Litty felt Moses Edge gleam as she looked at the weapon in her hand.
–Wishing you all the best in your adventures…
With Cleaver’s fading words, the ball of light rose to the ceiling. Soon, it was nowhere to be seen. Litty bowed her head and looked away without a word.
What Litty had done for her Cleaver was to break him free from his lingering regrets. He was able to be with the one he loved. In the presence of this fact, Litty almost forgot that she was trapped in a difficult situation.
After hearing about things Cleaver had accomplished from Julie, Litty started to admire him. He was a great adventurer.
Without people like him, adventurers would not have flourished as much as they did. Once again, Litty gripped the Moses Edge.
“Thank you for your hard work.” (Litty)
Those were words from the heart. She didn’t even realize that she was shedding tears that she should have been holding back.
The end of the two of them stole Litty’s heart so much that she forgot the situation.
“…What?” (Litty)
Litty noticed that the sound of the ship’s collapse had receded. Then, the inside of the ship shook faintly.
“Is this…?” (Litty)
“Myan-myan-myan-myan!”
Litty rushed to check outside and found the ocean surging. A clear sky could also be seen from above.
“Myan! Let’s go to the wheelhouse!” (Litty)
“Myan!”
Forgetting the extent of her injuries, Litty ran again with Mirai on her back.

Unlike when the undead were roaming, the ship was marked with directions. Some of them were blurred and difficult to read, but thanks to those directions, Litty was able to get around without any difficulty.
Given this fact, Litty wondered what had caused the phenomenon. Was it due to the power of the undead or something else? It was not skill or magic. 𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑝𝘶𝘣.𝑐𝘰𝘮
Just as she was wondering, she noticed Roma and the others standing there in a daze.
“Roma-san!” (Litty)
“Litty… I wonder what’s happening.” (Roma)
“Cleaver-san and Julie-san have left.” (Litty)
“So this means…” (Kuufa)
“Well, don’t mind it, leave the rest to me as my reward…” (Aquaria)
The huge ship was now moved by Aquaria’s power, accelerating at a good pace. If she did her best and set her mind on it, sailing across continents would be a matter of seconds for her.
When Roma realized this, she was relieved that Kuufa’s contractor was Aquaria.
“Litty-san, how is Mirai?” (Kuufa)
“I don’t know…” (Litty)
