Fang Jueyu brought the little boy back to the ground. At that moment, he seemed to be drained of all his strength and collapsed onto the ground.

"Hey, kid, what's your name? Why did those people want to catch you?" Fang Jueyu asked.

The boy didn't speak, maintaining a high level of vigilance toward him.

"Quite aloof, huh?" Fang Jueyu laughed. "I've lived for over twenty years and seen plenty of strange things, but I've never seen a seven or eight-year-old kid who could pilot a motorboat. Did you escape from some scout troop?"

"Host, this child's brain is particularly developed; his talent might lie in spiritual power."

"I can see that!" Fang Jueyu said.

A typical seven or eight-year-old wouldn't have such deep eyes; there's only two possible explanations. Either he had an extraordinary childhood, experiencing things typical kids don't, making him far more mature than his peers.

Another possibility is that he was born different, with stronger abilities to understand, accept, and learn.

It seemed that both traits manifested in this child. Normally, who could be pursued so desperately by two superpower users?

"So, I saved you, and you still don't plan to tell me the truth?" Fang Jueyu found this child very interesting.

"Who exactly are you?" The boy still looked at him warily. In his mind, those with special powers weren't good people, "Why did you help me?"

"I found you pleasing to the eye, isn't that enough?" Such a tough tone made Fang Jueyu even more curious about the child.

"Can you teach me those things you did earlier?" The little boy's face flushed red, as if it took great courage for him to make such a request.

"You want to learn these?" Fang Jueyu's mind stirred, and dozens of sharp ice spikes formed behind him.

The little boy curiously approached, cautiously touching them, and quickly withdrew his fingers from the cold touch.

"So, what can you offer me in return?" Fang Jueyu asked with a half-smile.

The boy stayed silent for a moment, then knelt before Fang Jueyu, "Please, teach me, I can sell my soul to you!"

"Hahaha," Fang Jueyu laughed, "I'm not a devil, what would I do with your soul?"

"Get up," Fang Jueyu gently pushed, and an invisible force lifted the boy's knees, "What do you want this kind of power for?"

"Revenge, to kill those people, for my mother." When he said this, Fang Jueyu saw intense hatred in his eyes.

"I can teach you, but you must first tell me why they are chasing you." Such an expression was something Fang Jueyu had never seen before. He had encountered many desperadoes, even those with bloodstained hands. Which superpower user hasn't killed more than this seven or eight-year-old?

But the hatred in his eyes was far purer than anything Fang Jueyu had seen.

"I'm an illegitimate child." The boy finally lowered his guard toward Fang Jueyu, "They fear I'll claim the position of future family head, so they want to get rid of me. My mother died protecting me." 𝒏𝙤𝙫𝒑𝙪𝙗.𝙘𝒐𝙢

The boy's name was Isaac Huskith. His father was the current family head of the Huskith family.

The Huskith family was a powerful superpower user family in Australia. In most cases, powers could be passed down from generation to generation, so the family kept pure bloodlines and potent potential.

Ironically, Isaac's father, Bretton Huskith, was born with no superpower talent. But because there was only one male in the Huskith generation, he was the unprecedented ordinary person to become the family head.

Luckily, there were many loyal people in the family, and although Bretton was useless, they obeyed his every command. Those eying the family head position didn't dare act rashly.

For the family's prosperity, Bretton married a woman from another superpower user family. They had a son and a daughter.

But because Bretton had no superpowers, Fulin, the woman, gradually gained some standing in the Huskith family and even received support from some high-level members.

Naturally, Bretton had no feelings for such a woman, living like a puppet.

Until later, Bretton met Isaac's mother, a member of a superpower user organization in Australia, a second-tier superpower user woman.

The storyline was melodramatic. The female superpower user was hired by another family to kill Bretton.

However, Bretton's power had long since been hollowed out. He usually liked to play the piano in the Huskith family's manor, stargazing, living as if isolated from the world. This temperament surprisingly drew the two together.

The superpower user betrayed her organization and had Bretton's child. To avoid the organization's pursuit, she had to hide with the unborn Isaac.

Under normal circumstances, the Huskith family heir should have been Bretton's and his wife's son. In a more dramatic twist, their son died young!

The Huskith family's heir could only be male, and their daughter could not inherit. Somehow, Fulin found out Bretton had another woman who bore him a son!

She immediately had a sinister idea, controlling her son to become the next clan leader of the Huskith family, allowing the Fulindi Family to control the Huskith family through Isaac.

But unexpectedly, Isaac's mother was a second-tier superpower user. None of the superpower users they sent returned alive.

This matter was significant, so Fulin assembled four superpower users from her family to seize Isaac.

Isaac's mother, to protect him, self-destructed her superpowers, taking two power users with her, buying Isaac time to escape.

Interestingly, though Bretton was a waste, Isaac inherited part of his mother's talent, becoming an Innate Awakening user.

He demonstrated an astonishing learning talent from a young age. Operating a mere motorboat was nothing; he could even fly a helicopter.

His maneuvering with the two superpower users led him to a southern Australian port, where he secretly obtained a motorboat, which led to the scene playing out now.

For Isaac, his mother was everything. After losing her, his life seemed filled only with hatred.

"Help me avenge my mother. My life will be yours, and I am willing to be your servant." Isaac knelt again. To him now, Fang Jueyu was like a lifeline.

Isaac's experience reminded Fang Jueyu of the little girl, Angel. But perhaps she was luckier, having been in a lab since childhood, her immature mind unable to bear her hatred.

"As for servants, no need," Fang Jueyu's household had plenty of servants, using someone with such talent as a servant would be a waste.

Suddenly, Fang Jueyu thought of a very popular title in Europe and showed a playful expression, "Alright, how about this, if you acknowledge me as your godfather, I'll teach you, how's that?"
