Chapter 475: Chapter 473: Let’s Play a Game!
Suji Bookstore.
Sally brought Xiaohao into the store.
Xiaohao, a regular visitor, went straight to the backyard to find Little Fengning.
Soon, Little Fengning came out with Xiaohao, both asking to enter the System Space to play games.
Sally admitted them into the space.
Xiaomei arranged them in a newly opened map to play happily with Xiaoqi, Little Shiqi, Putao, and the others.
While turning around in front of the bookshelf, Sally reached on tiptoes for a book when another hand—fair, delicate, and perfect as a hand model—helped her fetch it.
“Why have you come to the store?” While speaking, the other hand wrapped around her slender waist.
Sally looked back at him and smiled, “I’m here to ask you for a favor.”
“I knew it, you never step into the Three Treasures Hall without a reason,” Welly released her and handed over the book.
Sally took the book and, light as a feather, leapt to sit on the counter.
Then she used her spiritual power to close the door of the bookstore and drop the bolt.
“You!” Welly’s pupils dilated slightly, his breath caught, and his shoulders began to tense up.
Sally picked up the book, “I want to play a game with you; whoever loses must do something for the other, unconditionally, with no right to refuse!”
Welly probably knew what she wanted him to do, and he dared not refuse had she simply asked.
Speaking softly to him, Sally said, “The number of words in each sentence will decide; odd numbers mean seven light and three hard, even numbers eight hard and two light… A single mistake means you lose! If you get everything right, then I lose.”
How could he possibly control this!
And he couldn’t resist either!
“You’re too cunning, Yanyan!” Welly smiled helplessly.
Sally’s legs hooked around his lean and strong waist… noticing how his body tensed up like rock.
She smiled mischievously.
…
“Flip the book! Third sentence on the right page!”
“…Odd number!”

On the Kongxing Frontier, the war of gods was about to commence.
Sally transformed into a little mouse, her fur dyed black, and lay in the shadow of a large rock, shielding herself from the wind and light.
Next to her was a massive Golden Python that glanced at her from time to time.
“Fellow Daoist, your beast body is quite… unique!” the Golden Python spoke human language.
Sally replied, “Fellow Daoist’s beast body is rather splendid; just beware of being turned into a fur scarf.”
Golden Python: “…Hahaha, so it’s a female Daoist. How about we become friends?”
No sooner had the words fallen than it felt something cold pressing against its vital spot.
Welly held a pitch-black dagger in his hand, smiling at the Golden Python, “Would you mind yielding some space, Fellow Daoist?”
The Golden Python couldn’t discern Welly’s cultivation base, but instinctively felt danger and scurried off disgruntled.
Sally looked at Welly with surprise, “Have you finished your business?” 𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙥𝒖𝒃.𝙘𝙤𝒎
“The person you told me to watch, his timeline is severed. It was only a matter of time before the Time Sand Beast took notice. He can’t be saved,” Welly sat cross-legged on the large stone and then stretched out his hand to her.
Sally felt quite comfortable lying in the shade and didn’t move. Besides, after romping around with him, she was indeed drained, both physically and mentally.
Especially her spiritual power, which couldn’t be restored by anything other than sleep or Rejuvenation Pills.
Seeing her drowsy, Welly scooped her up, ending up with… a hand full of black paint!
Sally gave a mischievous cackle, “Looks like Fellow Daoist has been poisoned, such a black hand. I happen to have an excellent antidote here that can cure any poison, all it takes is one night of spring delight.”
Welly held back but finally managed to utter two words, “…Nonsense!”
A golden light from the Divine Realm beamed down.
Sally’s eyes widened as she asked Welly, “Is Divine Emperor Haotian handsome?”
“Not as handsome as your Huanhuan,” Welly knew her taste, “but he isn’t bad-looking.”
Along with the Teleportation Array, snowflakes drifted down.
The Kongxing Frontier was filled with high mountains and stony beaches; not even plants were to be seen. A pale cold moon hung in the sky, spreading a shimmering, chilling light that felt particularly uncomfortable on the skin.
Sally’s spiritual power was weak, and she felt cold and uncomfortable; thus, she crawled into Welly’s undecorated gray-white sleeves and curled up in his embrace.
And inevitably left behind a trail of little black paw prints.
Looking down at his now stained clothes, Welly commented, “Yanyan, with such dyeing skills, if you opened a store, you’d have to close it the next day.”
Sally rolled her eyes, “…”
The golden light of the Teleportation Array faded, revealing a tall and elegant young man.
He was draped in a night-colored fur cape, wearing a white robe with subtle patterns, his face slim and as cold as jade, his pale blond hair adorned with a dragon crown threaded with silver, his long, ice-blue eyes slightly lifted at the corners, and red earrings dangled from his pointed ears; a sight of exceptional beauty, his thin lips curled into a cool, murderous smile.
After a clear view of his appearance, Sally looked up at Welly, assessing him.
Welly flicked her round little ear, “The word ‘lust’ brings a knife right over your head!”
“Mhmm, under the pomegranate skirt, one cannot escape fate,” Sally rhymed along.
Welly was taken aback and let out a soft chuckle.
Sally turned back, curious to see who the Asura Realm had sent to the fight.
“With so many Evil Divine Beasts in the Asura Realm, who did you send?” Sally inquired.
“It’s here,” Welly replied.
A lizard clad in thick armor appeared; it was only little over half a meter long, its body exuding demonic energy.
Haotian looked at the lizard, squatted down with a smile and greeted, “Little friend, what is your name?”
That smile, incredibly warm and beautiful, softened his otherwise impassive face.
The lizard looked up at Haotian, slowly as if bewitched by his appearance, “Xiaozhou.”
“Xiaozhou is good and obedient, such a good little one~ Sadly, this is a fight to the death. I have things to tend to in the Lower Realm, so I must ask Xiaozhou to go through reincarnation first. If fate allows it, come find me in the Chaos Domain, alright?”
Haotian handed Xiaozhou a Reincarnation Divine Pill.
Xiaozhou obediently took it, then opened its mouth and swallowed it, thus cutting itself off from the world.
