Wu Mei did not want to let Ye Xunhuan go so easily, but she also knew that she could not stop him, even with the help of her accompanying men; it was very hard to retain him.

As she spoke, Wu Mei pointed to the handgun on the table that had been disassembled by Ye Xunhuan.
Looking down, the two men couldn’t help but gasp when they recalled what Wu Mei had said.
Snatching a gun from Wu Mei and dismantling it into pieces in less than three seconds, who exactly is this guy, and how disgustingly skilled is he?
The two men knew very well about Wu Mei’s capabilities; she was definitely a sharp weapon of the National Security Agency and had never failed a mission handed to her. Her skills were among the top in the agency, and even the two of them together might not be able to match her.
"Mei Sister, are... are you sure you’re not joking?" asked the tall man, his voice filled with deep shock.
"I had wished to joke," Wu Mei said with a wry smile: "But the reality in front of my eyes forces me to believe it."
"Also, just now when I tried to attack him, he directly cut through my sleeve dagger." Wu Mei’s tone grew more somber: "I didn’t even see his weapon, let alone clearly see how he moved!"
The moment Ye Xunhuan made his move, though he did not show much killing intent, it made Wu Mei feel as if she were facing a ferocious beast in a flood, causing an extreme suppression in her heart.
Upon hearing Wu Mei’s words, a huge tumult surged within the hearts of the two men, and their expressions turned incredibly grim.

"Mei Sister, what should we do then?"
"Don’t confront him head-on, I’ll pull up his files to see exactly who he is!" Wu Mei declared firmly: "Meanwhile, I’ll inform the director!"

They were no match for Ye Xunhuan; using police forces or the military would surely cause panic.
All they could do now was monitor Ye Xunhuan, wait to clear up his background, and plan further once experts were dispatched from above.

After leaving the teahouse, Ye Xunhuan exhaled a stifled breath.

After driving a bit, Ye Xunhuan slowed down and stopped his car.

After stopping, Ye Xunhuan got out of the car and walked towards a supermarket by the roadside.
