At this point, Manager Thompson, out of breath, finally made her way in.

Is it up to an employee to decide whether they want or don’t want something?” Manager Thompson glared at Jacob Zahn, “Jacob Zahn, you’ve been in this field long enough not to understand such a simple truth?”

“What!” Clara Evans was shocked hearing this, “Did…did he do anything to you?”
“I suppose I should thank Jacob Zahn for not overstepping his boundaries and resorting to more egregious actions.
He only tried to take misleading photos and didn’t dare inflict any more harm on me,” Peggy said coldly.
“Earlier, when our colleagues found us, Jacob Zahn had the gall to claim that he was my boyfriend,” Peggy sneered, “That’s simply absurd!”
