Charles Taylor scrambled up from the ground and ran over furiously.

When Aidan Lucas said he would take her home, he actually meant it.
Of course, it wasn’t the Lucas family’s mansion, nor the villa at Blue Bay Estates, but his condominium downtown.
In the car, Lily held the sleeping Ben Lucas and whispered to him, bargaining, “I was perfectly fine staying at the hotel, why do I have to go back with you?”
