[Justice (No. 7): Can you do me a favor? Today I met with Dex, and my research might receive the Empire’s support, but I need a fake fiancée. She must be from the Northwestern Border’s Nixasende domain, preferably a smart woman who can play the role well. If you’re not comfortable with it, I just need the identity, not the person.] 𝔫𝖔𝖛𝖕𝔲𝔟.𝔠𝖔𝖒

Lanci sent the message to No. 1 using the "Ultra Long-Distance Communication Program-7".

[Friendship (No. 1): That’s quite the conundrum.]

Code-named "Friendship," No. 1 didn’t let Lanci wait long and responded to the message.

While the chat group was active just now, No. 1 was definitely lurking and watching the conversations of the members.

Of course, No. 1 knew that the creator of the Magical Energy Fission principle, Professor Landry Washington, was in the group—none other than No. 7.

But No. 1 wouldn’t expose him, upholding the fair game rules.

Asking in the group might bring more members who could arrange a woman’s identity from the Northwestern Border’s Nixasende domain, but Lanci didn’t want to expose his identity yet, leaving No. 1 as his only option.

As the most mysterious organizer, their resources were undoubtedly extensive.

[Friendship (No. 1): I’ll look into it for you. I’ll get it done in about a month at the latest. You don’t mind a woman from the Rebirth Church, do you?]

After a while, No. 1 sent another message.

Both Lanci and Talia were quite surprised.

No. 1 had a connection to the Rebirth Church.

"As expected of the seasoned warriors... the Rebirth Church is everywhere."

Lanci murmured to himself.

"Are you sure about this? Female spies from the Allied Forces are one thing—they’re essentially our own—but female cultists from the Rebirth Church... I think it’s best not to get involved."

Talia grabbed Lanci’s wrist, trying to persuade him.

"There are good women in the Rebirth Church too. As long as she can help, it’s all the same whether she’s from the Rebirth Church or the Allied Forces."

Lanci shook his head and typed another message.

Seeing his determination, Talia had no choice.

[Justice (No. 7): As long as she’s well-trained and can collaborate with me in acting, it’s fine. I won’t touch her.]

[Friendship (No. 1): Then rest assured.]

No. 1 left such a nonchalant reply and said no more.

Lanci put away the Sacred Communication Magic Card, and with that, the conversation with the Mysterious Organization came to an end.

A few minutes later.

On the second-floor study.

"Meow meow, time to eat."

Cat Boss knocked on the door, calling Lanci and Talia downstairs.

But when it gently pushed open the door and saw that Lanci and Talia were still discussing matters, it politely sat on the carpet nearby and listened.

"I’m not sure if No. 1 is reliable. I always feel like I need to make additional preparations."

Lanci spoke solemnly to Talia, his strategizing confident.

"Then you might look for the operator in Poseen. See if Nigel can help you get a female spy identity. Just in case neither the Allied Forces nor the organization come through, at least I can back you up."

Talia nodded.

If they wanted to find Poseen Kingdom’s intelligence officer, it was easy to do by placing a notice on the "South Crayney Central Daily." All Lanci had to do was decide if he was going to call in the intelligence support that Nigel had ready for them.

There’s no need for face-to-face meetings with Poseen’s liaison; secure communications were enough for passing information, and it wasn’t suitable for them to actively meet with the liaison from Poseen Kingdom unless absolutely necessary.

"Hold on, meow..."

Cat Boss tilted its head.

It understood that Lanci had sought another potential fake fiancée from the organization where Landry was.

One can’t have too many fiancées.

Lanci’s aim was to get at least one person who could play his fiancée.

But better safe than sorry.

"Don’t end up with three wives; that would surely lead to a fight at home, meow!"

One from the Rebirth Church, one from the Allied Forces, and one from the Poseen Kingdom.

Cat Boss feared Lanci’s clever plans for world peace would lose him both his women and his soldiers!

"No worries, they’re all deep undercover for their faith; could they really start fighting over a role? Do you honestly think they’re sending me real wives?"

Lanci bent down, gently patted Cat Boss on the head, and chuckled.

He felt this plan was very stable. With three parties to ask for help, surely one would be able to aid him. Plus, the chances of all three sides sending him a "wife" were slim. Statistically, managing to get one suitable person would be good enough.
