"Mark, don’t do this." Uriel broke the silence as the Dungeon Raiders were surrounded by hunters and soldiers alike.
"Ha, ha, ha! Can you believe this guy? Hey! I’m talking to you, bitch!" Mark pulled the leash causing Cassandra to fall face first on the ground. Her hair was disheveled and her eyes seemed devoid of emotion.
"Sister!" Luna cried, but then fell silent gritting her teeth.
"Luna? Luna is it really you?" Cassandra lifter her gaze and for a glimpse of a second her face brightened up.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here? I didn’t know you were a package deal," Mark laughed mockingly, but then his face became serious. "Hand her over and I’ll consider letting you live."
"I warned you already, don’t do this or else." Uriel coldly replied, only this time Mark didn’t laugh.
"Hey, kid! You’re going to get us killed!" Said the leader of the Armstrong men as he forced Uriel to lower his head. Then, Miss Dragonfang who belonged to the Dungeon Raiders security team hurried over to try and make an excuse.
"Forgive him, please. He’s not good in the head. He’s also just the cleaning staff, don’t pay him any mind. Miss Nika, say something." The former lieutenant begged.
Nika crossed her arms and lingered for a few seconds with her eyes closed. She didn’t know what was going on, but she knew Uriel wouldn’t act without a plan.

"You heard Mister Sage, stop this nonsense now or face the consequences." Nika finally said.
Mark eyed her with lust, but he knew that taking her alive would be impossible if a fight broke out. He was confident in the strength of his allies since some of them belonged to the Celes company, others were independent and even some belonged to the Mapple corporation, but what actually made a difference was the secret they all shared.
"There’s no need to fight. Hand over the orichalcum, the midget and come with us. If you do as I say, no one will get hurt." Mark said with a smirk. He knew that they actually didn’t have a choice but to do whatever he asked them, but he didn’t count with what happened next.
"I have nothing else to say, you should speak to my boss from now on."
"Raider!?" Several gasps were heard, coming out from both groups of hunters. The identity of ’Raider’ was a mystery to everyone in the city, all they knew was that he was a visionary that managed to create a thriving company out of thin air, but there were so many different rumors about his trait no one knew what to expect.
Some said he moved as fast as a car, others swore he was able to summon and command a huge feline cryptid, but those with more connections believed his trait to be related to lightning because of the incident at the rooftop that caused a panic in the citizens.
"Where is he? Show yourself Jon Hunter!" Mark shouted as he looked left and right, trying to find the mysterious hunter among the Dungeon Raiders but there was no one who matched the identity, until Uriel took a step forward.
"Why are you mentioning that bastard?" Uriel gritted his teeth.
"As if I’ll believe something like that. Everyone knows that Raider wears a Fedora hat and the only hunter that fits the profile is the Holy rank hunter, Jon."
"Tsk! Even when he’s not around he gets in my way. I’m Raider, it’s me!"
Charlie gave Uriel a pitying look thinking that he was forced to be a scapegoat by Nika. Not a single hunter in the Dungeon Raiders suspected Uriel was the actual CEO of the company. The fact that he helped keeping the place clean didn’t help much either, but that was only because he enjoyed doing chores mindlessly while listening to music.
"You think this is a joke!? Grab them!"
Mark’s new goons walked menacingly towards the small group of hunters who had lost all hopes of making it alive, but they didn’t count with a single detail. Uriel wasn’t a pushover, not anymore, and he would never let anyone lay a hand on his treasures or his friends without a fight.
A metallic clicking sound was soon followed by a loud bang and the first attacker fell limp to the ground with a bullet to the head. Blood had splattered all over the place and for a moment everything paused.
"I warned you, the next to come at us will share the same fate." Uriel said as though putting a bullet through a person’s skull was nothing but a formality. Everyone, even Nika, thought that would be enough to deter at least some of them from attacking them but reality was different.
Everyone held complicit smirks on their faces and after a few seconds, the man who was shot and should have died was standing like nothing happened.
"You made a grave mistake, Urinal. Your last one." Mark’s smile revealed a pair of protruding fangs that looked anything but human. Mark expected Uriel to cower in fear, but he remained calm and composed.
"What are you?" He asked with curiosity, but that only served to stoke Mark’s rage.
"What are you idiots waiting for, I said grab them! I’ll take care of this one." Mark roared and the fight broke out.
It only took a couple seconds for everyone to realize that everyone in Mark’s group possessed the same fangs and didn’t die even after receiving the most gruesome wounds. It was an unfair advantage, but that didn’t mean everything was lost.
The Armstrong men all possessed physical enhancing traits and were able to hold their ground. Miss Dragonfang shapeshifted into her lizard like skin and did her best to protect those around her, particularly Phlox whose trait wasn’t suited for combat and she was only an evolved. But what stood out the most was the impressive coordination of those from the security team.
"Don’t blame me for what’s about to happen." Uriel said as he took a step forward.
