Chi Yue and Chu Shuo got out of the car, while Fu Rongyin descended from another vehicle, accompanied by the Fu Rao couple.
Nan Bingyu, with mixed feelings, walked up to Chi Yue’s side and carefully observed her, seeing no change in Chi Yue’s expression, she felt halfway relieved.

Nan Bingyu saw Chu Shuo talking to Fu Rongyin, so she pulled Chi Yue aside, “What’s going on between you and Chu Shuo?”
“He helped me get rid of that family of three yesterday and suggested we go camping.
I couldn’t refuse.”

Nan Bingyu glanced again at Fu Rongyin, “Did you know that Fu Rongyin and Fu Rao would be coming?”
Chi Yue: “I knew an hour before you did.”
Chi Yue had not known in advance, it was only on the way there, while hearing Chu Shuo on the phone, that she became aware that Fu Rongyin and Fu Rao would be joining them.
Having mentally prepared in advance, Chi Yue didn’t feel any psychological burden.
Nan Bingyu was silent.
Having come all this way, surely it wasn’t time to turn back now?
The two found an open space, spread out their blanket, and arranged the food they had prepared.
“Miss Chi.”
Chi Yue looked up at the sound, asking the newcomer, “What is it?”

She sat a meter away, the distance between them as if they were strangers.
She had no intention of interacting with him, but he kept looking at her.
Chi Yue couldn’t help but look at him, “Is there something you need?”
The man’s clear eyes flashed with a dark glint, “Wasn’t it you who came here with me?”
Chi Yue paused for a moment, then got up, “I’ll find another place.”
“Wait.”
Fu Rongyin stepped forward slowly, “About last time…”
“What happened last time was my own choice, you shouldn’t feel guilty.”
Fu Rongyin paused, “You and Chu Shuo seem very close?”

Chu and I are just friends.”
“His family has already arranged a marriage for him.”
Chi Yue took a deep breath, “Even though I have no idea where you got the impression that Chu Shuo and I have evolved into a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, even if that was true, it seems like it’s none of your business, right?”
