After experiencing that fight, Rain could almost see how Terra lost against Seadrei… thanks to her healing abilities, she could easily trade blows with her opponents and take her time weakening them while she healed herself. Seadrei didn't let that happen, and he went to cause as much damage as possible from the beginning… his strategy was similar to what Rain envisioned for his future.

"If even Seadrei couldn't do that now, I still have a long way ahead of me…" Rain thought when he left the arena. "It is better if I don't watch my wife and mother fighting… nothing good would come out from this, and I truly need to rest my arms for tomorrow."

Rain wondered if he should learn that technique that Terra came up with… Delayed Heal. She could cast a healing spell that would activate after she received a certain amount of damage… but that kind of thing was probably forbidden as well. If she had used that, she would have won against Seadrei…

"Wow, it looks like the matches are forcing you to pay a price more and more," Larisa said when Rain arrived. "Sir! There is nothing new to report, sir!"

"You are starting to understand your place," Rain said. "Good, very good."

"You aren't going to do much with your arms in that state," Maxime said. "You should really focus on healing yourself and resting. Even if you don't do anything, it is hard to imagine that you will be completely back to normal tomorrow."

"Well, I have had to do something since I left the arena, and I can't return anymore," Rain said. "Just healing myself and doing nothing won't cut out."

Despite that, Maxime had a point… Rain wouldn't be able to hold the hammer with his arms like that. In the end, he focused on healing himself, and he equipped Larisa with gloves to see if that would help. At that point in time, he wondered if that was the same as breaking the rules of the tournament since he was being healed by more people than the others.

He started to feel pretty guilty when the wounds were fixed a lot faster than he had expected…

"Let's improve the Diligence path to make me feel even more guilty," Rain thought. "I am not that tired, so I might as well use my head."

Level 35: Progressive Development - Allows skills to continue improving faster when they finish off the targets. The last skill gains ten percent more experience per level.

Level 40: Skill Refinement - Refines and perfects existing skills, enhancing their effectiveness and reducing resource consumption. When they affect the target, it decreases mana and stamina consumption by ten points per level.

Level 45: Parameter Focus – Based on the highest parameters of the user, a point used can affect your parameter more times according to the difference to other parameters.

Level 50: Skill Diversification - Facilitates the simultaneous development of various skills without compromising progression speed. Even when they aren't being used in a battle, the equipped skills gain one percent per level of the total experience obtained.

"Not bad for a single day of work… if I don't level them up for now, I won't have to worry about feeling like cheating, so it is fine," Rain thought. "In any case, I am getting the hang of the system quite well… even though that asshole of the overseer still is as elusive as ever."

The star vessel left Earth four months ago, and after all this time, there were no signs of the other relics. At that point in time, Rain couldn't help but think that it will take years before he meets that guy again. He wanted to learn how the system worked completely and use it without any limitations, but that would be too much for now.

In any case, after working for around ten hours. Rain's arms were mostly healed and he started to feel sleepy too. That being said, he didn't see many people leaving the arena in the distance and then heading to their homes.

"It seems that some matches are lasting for quite a while," Rain thought. "I am curious to see who won between Mom and Seara, but I guess I can wait until tomorrow."

In the end, Rain fell asleep without thinking too much about that…however, when he woke up in his bed alone, he couldn't help but wonder what had happened.

After a quick meal, Rain left for the arena while he was watching and hearing some people whisper about the matches of the day. Still, they got suspiciously quiet when they found him.

"Between fighting my mom and Seara, I guess this isn't unexpected," Rain thought.

In any case, when Rain found the matches of the day, he understood why he didn't see Terra and Seara… it looked like Seara won. Still, she suffered a bit of damage even though Leiah started training pretty late in her life.

Just like pretty much everyone in the family, she decided to focus on becoming as tough as nails, so it made sense that Seara, as a member of the sea folk, would have a hard time. Terra helped her heal faster somewhere close to the arena and probably gave her some tips as well.

"She also probably wouldn't be able to get her mind on the business if we slept together as well," Rain thought. "My life sure is something else; I had to fight my father, sister, and now my wife…"

Considering the winners of the matches of the previous day, there was a high chance that Rain actually would fight Sealyn in the final… the matches of the day after his own were Reca vs. Kei, Luna vs. Sealyn, Seadir Vs. Keila.

In any case, eventually, Rain found Seara, and she was on the other side of the arena alongside Seadrei and Sealyn. She looked like a boxer, waiting for the sound of the gong before the start of the family fight. Meanwhile, Rain had no idea how he would fight…
