Rain finally had some good news, but heuldn't celebrate yet. Since he had some relics that didn't have therrupt power of the dragons, or at least it wasn't that strong, heuld give them to his friends. That was his original goal, anyway…
"Lissuld use the gun, as for anyone else… most of them don't use gear, and they arepying me by not using weapons," Rain thought. "Anyway, I guess I can bring them to my mental landscape and then teach them how to make relics that will help them… we don't have much time."
Rain alsonsidered making the so-called revival rings… the relic that saved his life once, kind of. It might take a while to revive them, but with help from outside, it shouldn't take more than ten years…
While Rain was working on that, it didn't take long for him to be stopped. Isa left her tent for some reason to talk with him. He wondered if he should give her a ring as well… but that would only make his wives get angrier at him.
"My apologies for bothering you, but I haveme to share some knowledge with you that willme in handy if we have to run away," Isa said. "It is how you can make a magic circle that can make a barrier that drains a bit of the mana of those inside of it."
"I am notmplaining, but isn't it a highly valuable secret of your people?" Rain asked while frowning.
"It is, but I am worried about making sure that the people that will survive will do so for a while. I don't care about the opinions of the idiots that might die soon," Isa said. "This will decrease my debt a fair bit as well. You still didn't use the sword, right?"
"Yeah, she is a bit troublesome… I was planning to get rid of herrruption eventually, but I was already busy using my mana on that moron," Rain explained. "It might take a full year before that retard stops clouding my mind… it feels like a waste of time since he is still very annoying."
Isa's response was swift and decisive, reflecting the pragmatic approach that came from her vast experience. Having lived for a massively long period, she had learned to rgnize futile actions, especially when dealing with individuals she deemed obstinate or unyielding.
To her, engaging in fruitless debates with those whouldn't promptly reach a decision would only impede progress and hinder their efforts.
Meanwhile, Rain, though not very knowledgeable about magic circles, found the theoretical understanding of the magic circle that siphoned mana from individuals within it relatively straightforward. His analogy likenedmprehending the mechanics behind the magic circle to solving a mathematical formula.
He rgnized two crucial elements essential in crafting a functional magic circle: a deep understanding of the effect it aimed to produce and the meticulous arrangement of symbols within the circle while maintaining equilibrium.
Rain's understanding of the process emphasized the significance of ensuring a harmonious balance within the magic circle. For instance, the symbols enclosed within it had to maintainntinuousntact with the lines forming the circle, and no gaps or spaces between these symbols were permissible.
Understanding these fundamental rules formed the basis of creating an effective and functional magic circle.
"These symbols…" Rain said while furrowing his eyebrows.
"They belong to a language that my friend developed tome up with this type of magic. It is amazing, right?" Isa asked. "You can tell the meaning of each of them just by looking at them. Also, you can't make any mistakes when making the circles and the symbols, or you have to start from scratch."
It was weird. The symbols didn't seem special at all. They looked like very old hieroglyphs, but Rain stilluld tell what each one of them meant as Isa drew them on the ground. It was probably because of the mana and because of some path…
In any case, Isa showed an example of that technique working. She drew a magic circle and the symbols that represented a stone. After she finished it, she infused her mana, and a bit of the ground emerged and turned into a stone.
"You will have to learn this fast, unless you want to let me do all the work. I have no idea how the final project will be, though," Isa said.
Rain soon learned the trick behind the whole thing. The circle represented something like a domain where the magic of that techniqueuld follow its rules freely. Between using that and usingmmon magic, it was hard to say which one was better, but drawing the magic circles let people ignore the level of their abilities and let their skill give place to talent.
For example, even without having the levels necessary to create a ten-meter boulder or something, thatuld be done if the user made a magic circle big enough and they had enough mana to do so.

The Magic Scribe path is a specialized discipline that focuses on harnessing the power of written language and symbols to manipulate magical energies. It involves a deep understanding and mastery of the art of inscriptions, runes, symbols, and sigils, all of which play crucial roles in the practice of magic. Dexterity and Intelligence + 20
Lv 01: Magic Word - By using magic words, you can obtain all kinds of effects with magic. High levels grant you the knowledge to use more difficult words and evenmbine them.
When Rain pulled off what Isa just said, that was the result… At the same time, he became aware of some other symbols that heuld use to use that kind of magic. Four of them, five if including the symbol for the stone. It was quite an interesting technique, and it looked like the type who didn't have any limits aside from the creativity of the user.
