Chapter 97 - 97. Terminator

Elizabeth and Sydney left the house after taking their breakfast. As for me? I also left my house and visited my parents. As I was walking, my uncle was already in the garden enjoying his coffee

"Good morning, uncle. You seem to enjoy your coffee?" Neo walks to his side and says

"Ah, morning, Neo. I'm just imagining things. This is the first time I was this relaxed, free from worry," Uncle Lester said calmly

"You and my parents have it rough when growing up, uncle. This is the reward of life, for now on we don't have to worry about financial problems," Neo

"You know, Neo, when I was working as a dishwasher, I couldn't help sometimes to cry. I can't give my family a better lifestyle. I'm so jealous of other people who have it easy. Since we were children, we have been struggling until we had a family. But lucky for us, we have you in the family. I'm so grateful that I have a nephew like you," Uncle Lester said seriously

"You deserve to be happy, uncle. Some people there abandon their families because of the challenges the world gives them. Starting now, you can drive a luxury car and live a fancy life," Neo said. But he knew they won't do it like that. People who know the struggle of life will cherish their current life. They will buy cars for sure, like my dad. But they won't be arrogant people, unlike me, who want attention and jealousy of others.

"Oh, Neo, you're here! What are you talking about? You both look serious," my dad said as he exited the house and saw me speaking earnestly with my uncle.

"Nothing much. We were just discussing what my life would be like without Neo's help, hahaha," Uncle Lester replied.

"Hmm, and why are you here, Neo?" my dad asked.

"Didn't I tell you last night that we would be moving out today? It's better to move out now so Uncle can start living here," Neo explained.

"Oh, I totally forgot. It's not hard for us to move anyway. I'll call a trucker to help us, and I need my collection moved out too. Hey, Neo, we're not sharing a garage, are we?" Dad seemed more concerned about his cars than anything else.

"We're not. I bought the vacant property next to the house. A garage won't be a problem for us," Neo assured him.

"Okay, I'll wake up the twins to gather their belongings. How about you, Lester? You need to call a trucker to move your things from your previous house," Oliver said as he rushed inside to tell my mom and wake up the siblings.

Lester, hearing Oliver, couldn't help but feel troubled. They only had this house now, and he didn't have any cash to hire a trucker. He didn't want to ask for help with such a simple problem, so he just nodded.

Neo, who noticed the brief frown on his uncle's face, immediately thought, "Why?" After pondering for a moment, he realized what the problem was. 𝔫𝖔𝔳𝔭𝔲𝔟.𝖈𝔬𝔪

"Uncle, what's your bank account? Let me see," Neo asked.

His uncle immediately understood Neo's intention and said, "No need, Neo. Frank and I will handle this. There's no need for you to do this."

"Uncle, your shares in the store aren't yielding any returns yet. I know you don't have cash right now. Just give me your account details," Neo insisted. Seeing that his uncle wasn't going to argue anymore, Lester provided his information. Neo then transferred $2 billion to him.

"Give half to Uncle Frank. If you need more, just ask me. I'll be going now," Neo said after informing his father. He said goodbye to his uncle, who was standing there like a statue.

After Neo left, Frank, Faye, and Lucy exited the house.

"Lester, we have a problem. I don't have cash on me to rent a truck, and I can't tell Luna that we don't have money. This problem is ours, not theirs," Frank said. He didn't want his sister to feel like they were relying on her too much.

"Why don't we borrow money?" Faye suggested.

"Hm, we can do that... Hey, Lester, are you listening? Why are you just standing there looking at your phone?" Frank looked at Lester.

"Hey, Lester, Frank is talking to you," Lucy said, tugging at Lester's shirt to get his attention.

"Ah, yes? You guys are here," Lester replied. He was about to tell them that Neo had given him money, but Frank interrupted.

"I was saying that we have problems. We need to rent a truck to move here, but we don't have the money to do that," Frank explained.

"Ah, I was also thinking the same thing, but that got solved a moment ago," Lester said.

"How? Do you have savings we can borrow?" Faye asked.

"Look, this is the first time I've seen numbers like this. Neo just gave this to me and told me to split it between us," Lester said, raising his phone for them to see.

"Neo gave us money? Let me see... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, ... 9! This," Lucy counted the zeros, her voice slowly fading, and was being replaced by disbelief.

"$2 billion! Neo said this is just the start, and if we need more, we can ask him," Lester said, still in disbelief.

"Thousands would be enough for us. Millions are already too much, but billions? That kid is crazy!" Frank exclaimed.

"He's just casually giving us this kind of money? This will be generational wealth!" Faye said, pinching her cheeks to check if she was dreaming.

"Let's just accept it; it's Neo after all. He's our family," Frank replied.

"But $1 billion is an unimaginable amount of money! Let's enjoy what Neo has given us! Hahaha, I really love that kid," Lester said.

Meanwhile, Neo was driving to his new house to check if everything was in order. He also needed to use the system to create a garage on the property he had bought.

Upon arriving, he saw cars parked in every corner of the house. He immediately called out to Ultron.

"Ultron, please construct a U-shaped two-story building made of glass and reinforce it. Additionally, include two helipads on top of the garage, and make sure to add an underground level as well. Reinforce the house too so that no weapons can penetrate it. Also, how much would a Terminator cost?"

"Host, the cost for constructing your garage is 5,000 SP. For reinforcing the garage and your house, it will be an additional 4,000 SP. As for the Terminator, you can choose from the shop."

Neo moved to the shop, where he saw various Terminators available, including the T-800, T-600, T-5000, and more. He was particularly interested in the T-X, which had a male version, priced at 3,000 SP.

As he pondered, Neo thought to himself, 'Previously, I requested Ultron to create a basement in my garage, and that cost 100 SP. Now, constructing a big garage costs 5,000 SP, which isn't bad. The T-X is already overpowered for this world, but I want the T-X compared to the others. At 3,000 SP, the T-X is also a reasonable price. The robot I bought last time cost 2,000 SP for its combat, cooking, and cleaning capabilities. The T-X is more advanced but designed for combat.' After reflecting on these considerations, Neo made his decision.

*Okay, Ultron, start constructing the garage and purchase four T-X units, as well as three more super-intelligent robots like the one I bought previously.*
