Zhou Qi looked upset and said, “Don’t I also want Azhe to stay at home longer? I stepped out of line with goodwill back then. Who knew that boy Azhe would end up being so temperamental, leaving everything behind and running off abroad.”

Besides, the main reason why she needed to leave quickly was because she had yet to hear any news from them- she didn’t know whether things had been settled or not. Just in case, she must take Chengcheng and leave quickly.
Zhou Qi frowned, looking at her disapprovingly. “An Man, Azhe is about to return soon. You shouldn’t cause any more issues. Why are you thinking about going abroad?”
“Mom, I’ve found a doctor overseas for Chengcheng. I want to take him there for treatment. It might take a while, and I won’t be back any time soon. I’m telling only you right now. Please don’t tell anyone else,” An Man said.
Upon hearing about Chengcheng, Zhou Qi didn’t suspect anything else. “When are you planning on leaving?”
“Probably in the next couple of days,” An Man said with a flicker in her eyes.
Zhou Qi held her hand and patted it. “An Man, things are different abroad than in Beijing. If anything happens, make sure you call me.”
