NOVPUBA miraculous phenomenon unfolded as a magnificent underwater city sprang into existence overnight, defying the boundaries of mortal capability and leaving the world in awe of its breathtaking grandeur.
The event began with a shimmering aurora that bathed the seabed region in an otherworldly light. An enormous, transparent dome of energy formed in the ocean’s depths. It glowed with an ethereal luminescence, casting dancing beams of color throughout the waters.
Under the dome, a vast cityscape inside the circular city wall formations emerged.
The city was adorned with majestic palace, grand arches, towering spires, and intricate bridges that connected the opulent buildings. The architecture was a harmonious blend of coral formations and crystalline structures, creating a surreal dreamscape.
Bioluminescent organisms illuminated the entire city in a breathtaking display of color and radiance. The buildings and streets shimmered with an ever-changing array of light, casting a beautiful glow.

"Ningyo, the Mermaid Kingdom’s Capital City, the home where you will show the world your might and glory." Elysia turned around, presenting the Ningyo City proudly to everyone.
Everyone was still amazed at the fantastic magical phenomenon that had just unfolded. Even the Elysium members couldn’t help but be stunned by their master’s divine power.
After a few seconds of silence, the mermaids soon regained their composure. They knelt before Goddess Elysia to express their deep gratitude. They vowed to serve and worship Goddess Elysia as their Sacred Goddess.
Elysia blessed the mermaids and the formerly enslaved people who would occupy this region with a congratulatory wish.
Previously, the mermaids requested it as a female-only city. Yet, it could only be applied to several notable areas in the city.
Since the city was vast, it would be so quiet and empty if it was only inhabited by mermaids and female sea dwellers.

Scarlet was appointed the Mermaid Queen to represent all the mermaids and rule this Mermaid Kingdom.

"I bless you with a surname of this city. Scarlet is your given name, and Ningyo is your surname." Elysia blessed a name for the Mermaid Queen, the first nobility in the Mermaid Kingdom.
At that moment, she remembered that she had yet to give a name to her family. A new surname for her family as they no longer have a surname.
However, it was a personal matter that she had to discuss with her Goddess sisters later. She took the diamond crown decorated with various crystals and pearls, then put it on Scarlet’s head.
Everyone then cheered and rejoiced at the Mermaid Queen’s coronation.
After the festive coronation ceremony, the mermaids and other sea dwellers were busy for the entire night because they needed to do many things for the grand city that had just been formed.
Scarlet and other mermaids skipped sleep because they couldn’t even sleep due to the excitement. She led the mermaids and her people to make the city their comfortable home.
Elysia and her people went to the bubble camps outside Ningyo City. It was time for them to rest.
However, most of the personnel from Xentia, Luna, Morfina, and Yae’s fleet had to stay in Ningyo City to help the mermaids. Ella and Kirara also gave a helping hand because they wanted an Elysion Chruch, a place to worship the Supreme Goddess.
"Master~ Hehe~" Vanessa lay on her master’s lap as a little white cat. She curled up to find a comfortable position while giggling joyfully when she received gentle caresses from her master’s godly hand.

The Ugrasta Sea Emperor would summon the Sea God from the upper realm to defeat the Mermaid Goddess. He wished to enslave the Mermaid Goddess and drop the mermaid race to their place as an eternal slave race.

"But, how could he come to the mortal world to answer that Sea Emperor’s summons? He-Dao has already strengthened the restrictions and realm boundaries between the upper and lower worlds. Are there still many boundary gaps?" Miko was wondering as she felt the realm boundaries weren’t absolute.
"Uhm... I can’t confirm it yet, but we will investigate it. The realm boundaries are so wide and deep. If this Sea God dares to visit the mortal world to cause trouble, I will execute him, my lady." Amy patted her upper chest, offering to help.
