"A lightning-type cat. It’s a good pet, sir. My Exotic has the ar element which isn’t an advantage in this situation, but that doesn’t mean my axolotl is helpless." Instructor Wang nodded as if he completely understood.

Elysia just smiled in reply. She played along with the spar and gave several commands to Vanessa.

Vanessa was also just playing around with this giant water salamander as she was fully aware her master wanted to give the students some guidance.

"Exotic, use water blast, rainfall, water pillar!" Instructor Wang gave several instructions at once.

Unfortunately, not a single attack managed to hit the thunder cat. The giant axolotl was also extremely upset because it was repeatedly electrocuted by that little white cat.

"Gulp, gulp!" Exotic lay flat on the muddy ground like giving up. However, it started to absorb earth elements and slowly turned brownish in color.

"Exotic, stop it! Don’t transform into killer form!" Instructor Wang widened his eyes in shock.

The giant axolotl swelled up, and its body expanded into a four-meter-long dragon-like earth salamander.

The axolotl remained the same, only different in color, but its new earth armor made it cooler.

Elysia nodded in response, but the situation that followed suddenly became beyond the instructor’s control. The armored giant axolotl suddenly released an earth water blast without command, blasting the field from underground, impaling Vanessa in a sea of water blades and earth spears. The mud waves soon drowned the cat.

*Rumble!*

Instructor Wang and Elysia were knocked to the outer edge of the arena.

"Instructor, your pet is getting out of control. All of this was your idea. How are you going to take responsibility?" Elysia squinted her eyes.

"This..." Instructor Wang also didn’t know why. This was the first time his contracted beast went beyond his control. Their spiritual bond also became somewhat chaotic.

"Vann, use your true form. Give that little salamander a valuable life lesson!" Elysia raised her hand, not at all worried about Vanessa who was buried in the muddy ground.

"Roar!" Vanessa roared like a fierce beast.

The muddy ground immediately exploded from within, giving rise to a huge lightning pillar that rose high into the sky.

At the center of the lightning pillar, a spherical purple lightning spun like a ball of energy, fluctuating violently. Mini tornado winds swirled around, making the situation even more tense, and inflicting fear on the giant axolotl.

*Swoosh!*

Vanessa flapped her wings, presenting herself as a giant winged tiger measuring five meters. She dived sharply towards the ground, hitting the cocky salamander with her storm claws.

*Rumble!*

It was like a heavenly lightning strike, the giant axolotl was knocked unconscious in one blow, and the surrounding arena became a muddy ground with a high level of electric shock intensity.

"Grrr..." Vanessa stepped closer to the cocky instructor. The master and the pet were similar in nature. She wished to teach him a lesson too.

"No, don’t come any closer!" Instructor Wang stepped back, frightened by the approaching fierce beast.

That white cat wasn’t weak, and he was right about that. However, he never thought even in his wildest imagination that a little white cat could transform into a house-sized monster!

"Vann, that’s enough. Students, what can you learn from this exchange?" Elysia leaped to Vanessa’s side and gave her lovely cat some caresses, looking at the shocked students.

"This... We need to overpower the enemy and defeat them most unimaginably?" One of the students answered reflexively.

"Half true, but you need to know as a trainer is to study your opponent and also your companion. You have to know when you have to retreat too. Be wise in facing the enemy. There are lots of little beasts out there that can evolve to be like my lovely cat." Elysia snapped her fingers, and the entire training field immediately returned to its normal state.

The unconscious axolotl lay in the middle of the arena, slightly charred, but it was more or less alive.

"Your beast is also your companion. They have emotions and can feel pain like you. This absolute command lesson may be useful, but in a real battle, they know better what they need to do. They are the beasts who are much stronger than you. Take advantage of their fighting instincts." Elysia gave a little guidance to the young seedlings.

She hoped they could become good trainers in the future. A beast tamer’s combat power would solely reside in their contracted beasts, and they had to do something with their bonding power if they didn’t want their companion to rebel.

"Well said, Master El. I’m incredibly impressed. Who would have thought that the harmless little cat in your arms would actually be a dragon-level fierce winged-tiger? Regardless, it would be nice if you could provide some guidance and insight to our students." The academy principal came down the stairs while clapping his hands.

He was followed by several WUF executives and top academy officials. Even though they looked wary, they didn’t make it too obvious.

"It’s nothing much, principal. If you are interested in learning some good methods, you need to convey your desire to your higher-ups. Ask them to buy some nice books in the alliance." Elysia shook her head.

She put many basic and intermediate books about various techniques, including how to tame your beast. Those books would be useful for improving humanity’s combat power.

Those books were also priced reasonably. Some could even be obtained for free to members with a good reputation.

Vanessa made a smug expression at everyone, then enveloped her body in a whirlwind of lightning. She returned to her little cat form and jumped into her master’s arms.

The students soon surrounded Young Master El to thank him and ask for some guidance, especially the girls.

Elysia entertained those students for several minutes before excusing herself.

"Young master, I didn’t know that you were a beast tamer too. You are a trainer expert!" Linda pumped her fists, feeling incredibly excited.

"Hm-mm~ A trainer cannot be called a good trainer if they cannot train, educate, and look after their beast companion like a family member." Elysia gently stroked Vanessa’s neck, and the happy cat purred in comfort.

"Master, we’ve got the job done." Yusagi returned with Mio by her side. She managed to enlighten that inexperienced little bunny, and their affairs at this academy could be considered done.

"Thank you for your hard work." Elysia appreciated Yusagi with a smile.

"El, it’s about the time." Erina checked her wristwatch, but she was shocked because of Xentia’s notification in the Elysium Group Chat.

"Hm? Alright." Elysia was also aware of Xentia’s message.

"This Superhero Academy can provide you with facilities and security. Be diligent in your studies. There are many things you can learn there. It’s time for us to go, but I’m always available. Let me know if anything happens." Elysia put her hand on Linda’s shoulder, then raised her hand in farewell to everyone.

Elysia led Erina, Yusagi, and Mio away. They immediately vanished into thin air, leaving everyone in awe and shock.

"Instructor Wang. I don’t know what’s on your mind, but luckily Master El is magnanimous. You may be a new instructor, but do you know that you almost offended the world’s most powerful esper? You could have died without knowing why or how." Instructor Yun couldn’t help but reprimand her junior.

"What in the world... Senior, please call for a medical emergency. Exotic is dying." Instructor Wang stroked his contracted beast with great anxiety.

"He is still alive. That winged tiger just sent your pet unconscious." Instructor Yun sighed, but she still called for medical personnel to come.

"Students, we expect a lot from you." The principal patted Linda on the shoulder and looked at the other two students with a beaming gaze, realizing they would bring a glorious future.

"U-uhm, yes..." Linda felt a bit awkward, but she only responded with a tactical response. She also felt a bit sad because her young master had to leave so soon, but she understood that he was still making time to see her even though he was so busy.

The students and instructors soon returned to their respective affairs.

Linda, Ye Lan, and Satria left the beast-taming facility to return to their class. They were late for their class, but luckily the instructor hadn’t come into the room yet, considering that most of the instructors had rushed to the beast-taming facility because of the previous commotion.

"Linda, thank goodness you’re here. Vice class rep, I need your help. Please help me!" A female student suddenly approached and held Linda’s arms with great worry.

"May I know what kind of help, Miss Sarah?" Linda was surprised, but she still smiled kindly.

"This... Can you please lend me some money? My family is in trouble, and I have to help my parents from bankruptcy." Sarah spoke in a whisper-like voice.

"Uhm, how much do you need?" Linda was starting to feel uneasy about where this was going.

"That’s not much. Five million USD is good. You’re so rich. You can lend me this kind of amount easily, right?"

"How can you assume that?"

"You are so good-looking with good accounts. I know you come from a super privileged background. Please, I beg you."

Linda was silent for a moment. She only had five million USD in her account, but it was a gift from her young master for her necessities at the academy.

She would work part-time for the Minamoto Group soon, and get extra pocket money. However, that didn’t mean she could just lend that much money to people she just met for a few days, knowing the other party might not return it.

If she would lend that money, she would worry about many things. However, if she refused, Sarah would most likely make the situation difficult for her. But, what if it was really a problem?

"Excuse me, miss. But if you really need urgent money, you can go to the academy’s finance department to submit a request for a capital loan. They can satisfy you with whatever amount you ask for, and the interest is minimal because it’s a cadet aid right." Satria stepped forward, separating Linda and Sarah.

"I’m not talking to you, uncle. Go mind your business." Sarah frowned.

"Unless you want to take advantage of Miss Linda. Who knows, humans can be full of trickery, especially when it comes to money." Satria shrugged his shoulders and left.

It was not the first time he had dealt with this kind of desperate person, and most of them would never return the money borrowed. Moreover, they would usually become like a wild beasts when the debt giver tried to collect the borrowed money.

Regardless, he pulled out a mirror from his bag and examined his face, wondering if he was so old that almost everyone called him uncle. He was still in his 30s!

"Err... please forgive me, Miss Sarah. However, it seems that Mister Satria’s suggestion is the best solution for you. You may need more than necessary, and the academy provides this service for the welfare of students. They will not make things difficult for you as long as you follow the procedure." Linda responded politely and left Sarah, returning to her seat.

"You..." Sarah pursed her lips. 𝙣𝙤𝙫𝒑𝙪𝒃.𝒄𝒐𝙢

"Students, return to your seats. We will start class. Today’s topic is about spiritual energy, and I hope everyone is already familiar with your own superpower." An instructor entered the class.

Han Jue and his minions followed, carrying several large and heavy boxes for the instructor.

The class soon started, and Linda went into a diligent student mode to absorb all new knowledge.

Meanwhile, Elysia re-grouped with her family around the Middle East due to problems that occurred between several countries there.

"The war between nations. Their enemies are not monsters or mutated beasts. Why are they destroying each other regardless of Earth’s current situation? This has been going on for years, and they refuse a permanent ceasefire despite our warning?" Elysia crossed her arms, feeling dissatisfied.
