Chapter 136: Chapter 136 Planning to open a restaurant
Kyra measured Lucas before he was called away by Jimmy to inspect the farm’s progress. Now, alone with Vincent in the house, a heavy silence settled between them.
Focused on measuring his waist, Kyra’s gaze was intent.
"Last night, how did you feel..." Vincent’s unexpected question caught her off guard.
"What?" Kyra exclaimed, her hands shaking slightly, almost causing her old measuring tape to slip. It had been brought by males from Beastcity.
"You heard me, Rainbow," he murmured, holding her waist gently. He lowered his head to kiss the hickey on her neck, lightly biting it.
"Ah..." Kyra moaned, a mix of pain and pleasure as the hickey darkened further.
"Let me finish taking your measurements, Vincent." she managed to say as his hands caressed her back.
"Go ahead." he replied softly, letting her continue. His body tensed at the sensation of her soft hands on him.
He closed his eyes, overwhelmed by the feeling. n𝚘𝚟𝚙u𝚋.co𝚖
"Done." she said abruptly, causing him to open his eyes suddenly.
"You’ll be the death of me, Rainbow." he muttered, rushing off to take a cold shower.
Kyra stood there blushing red.

After a while, Kyra began working on the clothes while Vincent returned, having splashed himself in the cold pool.
He found her sitting in the window nook, illuminated by soft light that made her appear even more beautiful and dreamy, with her long red hair cascading around her.
Vincent watched her delicate hands busily sewing. If only he knew how to sew, he thought, he could have helped her.
Unlike other males, he had never learned such skills. His meals were usually cold roasted or raw, and he led a nomadic lifestyle focused on survival and gaining power. He had never imagined he would have a mate, let alone love her so deeply.
He sat down next to her, quietly observing as she worked. When Kyra finally set down her needle, she noticed Vincent staring at her, lost in thought.
"Vins...?" she called softly, a blush rising to her cheeks as she remembered their earlier moments together.
"Since we’re both free, I should teach you some fighting skills," he suddenly said.
Kyra was taken aback but nodded with a smile. "Of course."
Vincent locked the door behind them and led Kyra to the backyard.
"You’re already good. I don’t know if you’ll rank up like us males, but try to practice using inner force and focus on your surroundings with all your senses," Vincent said thoughtfully. "But let’s start with some small exercises to warm up."
Before they could begin, Kyra stumbled and fell.
"What’s wrong?" Vincent asked, worry creasing his brow as he caught her in his arms.
"My legs are sore," Kyra muttered softly.
"Why—" Vincent began, then stopped as realization dawned. He looked at her, understanding washing over him, while Kyra kept her gaze lowered, feeling too embarrassed to meet his eyes.
"Okay," Vincent sighed, "not today, I guess. We should start once your legs heal. Should you not use your healing ability?" he asked gently.
Kyra’s eyes lit up momentarily, then dimmed. "I don’t know how to use my healing ability. That time with you, I instinctively licked your wounds and they healed. I haven’t been able to do it consciously since then, despite trying," she explained softly. She knew she had another ability, but she hadn’t figured out how to use it either, so she had let it be for now.
"Okay, it’s fine! You have plenty of time to figure it out," Vincent said gently, holding Kyra’s hands. "Let’s go back inside the house. You must be tired after last night. You should rest well and heal soon," he added, looking at her meaningfully.
Kyra understood his meaningful gaze, feeling a warmth spread through her cheeks as she blushed. She nodded in response.
After they returned to the house, Kyra headed to her room to take a nap. As soon as her head touched the pillow, exhaustion washed over her, and she fell asleep almost instantly.
Vincent heart full of affection as he kissed her forehead and gently rubbed her head. "I love you, Rainbow.." he whispered softly, cherishing the peaceful moment they shared.

Everyone was busy settling comfortably into their new home, which was far preferable to living together messily in a castle without privacy.
Kyra and Vincent finally felt a sense of relief after coming here.
Meanwhile, Lucas busied himself with plans to plant various vegetables.
He had already contacted his friend who always bought his carrot batches; he sold all his available carrots to the Silver Wolf Tribe.
Now, he brought a variety of seeds to plant and contemplated starting rice farming, realizing he couldn’t manage it alone and soon hired some males.
They were all eager to work, and Lucas successfully verified the shop he purchased with Vincent’s help, planning to sell vegetables and eventually open a restaurant.
This idea had come from Kyra, who provided him with valuable information about restaurants. With her assistance, he set up his restaurant beautifully, decorating it with care and creating a pleasant ambiance.
He wasn’t a great cook, so Lucas intended to hire talented males who could prepare delicious food.
He worked tirelessly on both the farm and the shop throughout the day, often complaining to Kyra at night about his fatigue, which she eased with heavenly head massages—a privilege no other man enjoyed. Lucas felt immensely grateful to have such a caring and beautiful mate.
Kyra spent her days sewing clothes and offering suggestions to anyone who sought her advice. After their first mating, Lucas found himself craving more intimacy with her, while Vincent patiently awaited the right moment to deepen their bond further.
Kyra spent her days happily, always taking a stroll with her family after dinner, avoiding Monica’s house.
Whenever she felt bored, she would go to meet new females who had already accepted the males they wanted and were already living together.
Kyra felt happy seeing that they had gained a little weight because when they arrived, they were as thin as sticks.
And the celebration day was coming closer and closer...
