Chapter 138: Chapter 138 Jimmy Childhood love

"Princess!" Little Toma shouted excitedly as he returned to the shop after playing with his friends.

However, when he saw unfamiliar people with his princess, he started feeling uncomfortable.

"Come here, My little prince." Kyra called him, and he ran toward her with small steps. He looked at everyone shyly as he climbed into Kyra’s lap.

Kyra hugged Little Toma tightly around his waist.

"Little Toma, I’ve heard a lot about you. You can call me Grandma," Gina said happily. Toma shyly raised his head and whispered, "Grandma."

"And they’re your grandpas," she continued, laughing as she saw her husband making a bewildered face. After all, they were in their prime mature age, not that old.

Soon, Jimmy emerged from the kitchen carrying trays of food with some other males. The scent of the food was so enticing that Little Toma felt his stomach rumble with hunger.

"Beautiful female, here is a special dish of sunshine restaurant." Jimmy said, serving Gina the special dish, though he was glared at by the eight males.

But he didn’t seem to mind.

"Come here, Jimmy! We have some work to do." Lucas said, pulling Jimmy away, who had been eyeing his mom.

Vincent glanced meaningfully at their backs.

"Take care of my restaurant. I’m going to take my parents to see my house." Lucas said to Jimmy, who looked sad as he wanted to follow them too, but sadly could only watch their backs.

Gina and her mates were shocked to see the whole tribe; it was so beautiful and looked impressive.

They were even more shocked when they saw Kyra’s house. Kyra showed them their rooms, and they felt happy knowing that rooms had already been prepared for them to stay. It felt wonderful to be so welcomed.

"You’re amazing, child. You even prepared a guest room for us." Gina said, giving Kyra a thumbs-up, and her mates nodded in agreement.

Kyra smiled warmly and replied, "I’m glad you like it. We wanted to make sure you feel at home here."

"Let me show you your room, Mom and Dads! So you guys can rest," Lucas said.

"Me too! I’m coming," Little Toma said, holding Lucas’s hand as they both ran to show them their rooms.

Everyone laughed at Toma, who now felt comfortable with them.

At night, they considered going back, but Kyra insisted it wasn’t safe to travel at night, so they decided to stay overnight.

Of course, everyone was happy, and they talked late into the night. The most talkative was Lucas, who shared stories about his farm, future plans, and some interesting gossip about the snake males. Even if the gossip wasn’t that exciting, Lucas’s storytelling made everything interesting.

"Mom and Dads, don’t forget to attend Celebration Day! I’ll send everyone an invitation!" Lucas said, patting his chest.

"Haha! Why would we miss it? I want to see my children’s success," Gina said softly.

Kyra smiled and Vincent, for the first time, felt what it was like to be in a loving family.

The next day, they went back home.

Jimmy, who heard the news, looked sad as he stared into the distance.

"Don’t be sad, Jimmy! My mom is older than you. You shouldn’t try to become her male," Lucas said, trying to lighten the mood.

"I don’t mind, Lucas." Jimmy replied, his tone becoming emotional. Lucas thought Jimmy just had a small crush on his mom, but looking into his eyes, he saw deep, genuine emotions.

"When I was around five years old, I met a beautiful female with blue eyes. I was very hungry, and she gave me food. She was traveling with her five males and was pregnant," Jimmy said, his voice softening and his eyes misting over. "I told her that when I grew up, I would mate with her, but I never found her again until yesterday."

"And I think at the time she was pregnant with you, Wolf." he said, looking at Lucas, whose eyes widened in shock.

"What’s your age, wolf?" Jimmy asked quietly.

"Twenty-four," Lucas replied, still processing the revelation.

"I’m twenty-nine. I’m sure your mom is the female I loved in childhood." Jimmy said, his voice trembling with emotion.

"That’s crazy." Lucas said, shaking his head, feeling like his mind was about to blow.

"So... you’ve been in love with my mom all your life?" Lucas asked, his voice softening.

Jimmy looked at him with sad, earnest eyes. "Yeah. Once a male loves, it’s unforgettable, and I’m in that category. If she doesn’t accept me, I’d rather die." he said, his voice starting to break.

Lucas couldn’t stand seeing him like that and hugged Jimmy tightly. "Don’t worry... you can try." Lucas said, even though he felt weird about it. He could feel Jimmy trembling slightly in his embrace.

"Even if I try, will she accept me when I’m younger than her?" Jimmy asked, his voice filled with doubt and vulnerability.

"Don’t worry, I believe you can try, but be quick. Because the Patriarch of the Silver Wolf tribe also loves my mom, so..." Hearing Lucas’s words, Jimmy’s eyes widened.

"Oh my god! What should I do next? It would be easier if she lived here." he muttered, his mind racing.

"Don’t worry, my mom will join the celebration. Although I can’t accept you becoming my step-dad... but anyway," Lucas said awkwardly, trying to reassure him.

Seeing Jimmy look at him gratefully, he pushed his head away gently and said, "And don’t just stand here like some sad lover who can’t get his love. Work, work, work! If you don’t have enough money to buy female clothes, who will marry you?" Lucas said, rolling his eyes.

Jimmy managed a smile at him, feeling a bit more hopeful.

"Hehe! Thanks, wolf, that’s what I needed—some motivation." Jimmy said, smiling.

At the same time, Vincent was busy with tribe affairs. Whenever he had time, he would teach Kyra some fighting skills.

The celebration preparations had already started, and he was organizing a team to be ready for any emergency or sudden attack.

In the blink of an eye, two weeks passed, and the celebration day was very close...
