Chapter 202: Chapter 202 Stalker (Volume 3)

From the sky, the mountain canyon unfolded like a breathtaking painting, with a long, meandering river cutting through it.

The water, a vivid blue, glistened under the sun, earning its name as the Sapphire River.

This river met with six others, creating a stunning but perilous landscape.

The river itself was wide and appeared deep.

In the middle of this majestic river lay a hidden danger—a sinkhole, dark and unknown. The beauty of the river and the canyon masked the lurking peril, a reminder that the most picturesque places often held the greatest risks.

This river’s final destination was the Eldoria continent, specifically the Eagle Kingdom.

Eldoria was a vast land divided into more than ten countries, each home to a unique array of sky beasts.

Among them were majestic eagles, mysterious bats, wise owls, dangerous vultures, graceful doves, gergeous peacocks, and many more. Each country had its own distinct culture and landscape, shaped by the characteristics of the sky beasts that resided there.

The trees in the Eagle Kingdom were incredibly thick and ancient, their trunks so wide that it often took several people holding hands to encircle just one. These massive trees had rough, sturdy bark and branches that spread out like a vast canopy, providing both shelter and a sense of awe.

The landscape was a blend of rugged mountains and lush forests.

The mountains, often shrouded in fog, created a mystical atmosphere, their peaks reaching high into the sky. The cold winds that blew through the region were crisp and invigorating, though snow rarely touched the ground.

The forest floor was rich with greenery, dotted with ferns and wildflowers that thrived in the cool, moist environment. Clear streams ran through the forest, their waters feeding into the Sapphire River.

Occasionally, rocky outcrops broke through the dense foliage, offering stunning viewpoints of the surrounding wilderness.

Cloud City, in the Eagle Kingdom, is one of the largest cities.

The houses in the cloud were simple yet beautiful. They were built high in the trees, made from strong wood and woven vines.

Each house had large windows to let in sunlight and offer views of the mountains and river. Wide balconies wrapped around the houses, perfect for enjoying the scenery.

Inside, the houses were cozy with smooth wooden floors and handmade furniture. Soft rugs and cushions added comfort, and lanterns provided gentle light. The design was natural and practical, blending well with the surrounding forest.

Among the many tree houses, there was one that stood out as the largest and most magnificent.

This grand tree house was supported by an ancient, towering Sequoia, a tree known for its immense size and strength.

The Sequoia’s trunk was so wide that it looked like a natural fortress, its bark thick and textured, showing the marks of countless years.

The house itself was a multi-level structure, beautifully crafted to blend with the tree.

The exterior was made from polished wood, seamlessly integrated with the Sequoia’s bark.

Large windows with delicate, wooden frames allowed natural light to flood the interior, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and mountains.

The main entrance was a grand doorway, elegantly carved with symbols of eagles and other sky beasts.

Inside, the house was spacious and airy, with high ceilings and wide open rooms. The floors were made of smooth, polished wood.

A winding staircase, also carved from the tree’s wood, connected the various levels. The upper floors had balconies that extended out into the branches, providing serene spots for relaxation and contemplation.

The largest balcony, wrapped around the uppermost level, was a perfect place for gatherings, with a panoramic view of the fog-covered mountains and the glistening Sapphire River below. 𝖓𝖔𝖛𝔭𝖚𝖇.𝔠𝖔𝔪

In one of the rooms, the windows were tightly shut, filling the entire space with darkness.

"Hmm, did you hear any news about Alessandro?" a thick, sexy voice asked, cutting through the silence.

"No, no, King, we didn’t hear any news about him," another person in the room replied, his voice trembling with fear.

"And what about her?" the voice inquired again, this time in a low, magnetic tone.

"Not sure either," the eagle responded, his body trembling.

"I’m not sure either why you’re still alive," the magnetic voice said once more, laced with menace.

"K-king, I’m sorry. The last time we saw her was during the celebration at Venomcrest Tribe," the eagle stammered, his fear palpable.

"Hmmm... it’s been so long since I’ve seen my love. I can hardly wait to meet her face to face," the voice suddenly replied. His rough and large hands, moved to open the windows.

As the light streamed into the room, the thick, sexy voice gave a commanding order. "Get out." The eagle trembled and fled quickly.

The man leaned against the windowsill, his broad shoulders and muscular back accentuated by the light. His presence was both commanding and captivating.

"Hmmm... I remember, my love. The last time I saw you bathing when you came to that castle... I watched you the entire time," he said, his voice rich with longing and regret. "It’s a pity you became mates with that Feral Snake to whom I sold my castle... Hmmm... I long to hear you sing again... and watch you fight with wolves..."

His words lingered in the room, a blend of possessive yearning and unresolved desire.

At the same time, Kyra woke up to the excited squeals of Lucas.

She weakly opened her eyes and saw his gorgeous face close to hers.

"It’s Lucas," she thought, feeling a small spark of relief.

Seeing her open eyes, Lucas almost jumped in excitement. He wanted to hug her but, noticing her injuries, he looked at her with exaggerated sadness.

"Kyky, I missed you so much! Do you know, without you, I was infected by so many diseases! Heart attacks, kidney failure, and I even got a few virus attack because how I missed you so much."

The healer Angelo, who had just come inside, paused and blinked: "..." He felt like he was losing some brain cells just listening.

Kyra: "..."

Vincent stood there, expressionless, not shocked by anything the wolf said. After all, he was used to Lucas’s dramatic antics.
