Chapter 301: Chapter 301 Healing him

"Ky-ky..." Kyra broke the kiss with Damon when she noticed a bright gaze on her. Turning, she saw her wolf, and a smile appeared on her face. She immediately ran towards Lucas and hugged him tightly. 𝚗ovp𝚞b.𝚌om

"My wolf... my Luca," she muttered, feeling the warmth of his embrace as he hugged her back just as tightly.

In that moment, Kyra was overwhelmed with joy, not noticing Simon or Oceanus standing nearby. She was lost in the euphoria of reuniting with two of her mates and couldn’t wait to see Vincent as well.

After a moment, she pulled away from Lucas and dragged him toward Damon. "What happened to you, Damon? How did you get injured?" Her voice grew shaky as she spotted the unprofessional bandage wrapped around his injured back. Her throat tightened at the sight.

Lucas suddenly hesitated, his expression uncomfortable.

Kyra, sensitive to the tension, guessed what had happened. She had overheard something from that monster back in the castle about Damon’s wings being crucial for obtaining the world key.

Her lips quivered as she softly said, "Damon..."

"Don’t worry, little thing..." Damon said gently, trying to ease her worry.

But Lucas, unable to hold it in, muttered, "Ky-ky... Damon clipped his wings to get the world key and save you."

Kyra’s eyes widened, her heart aching with every word. Damon had given up a part of himself for her, and the weight of that realization hit her hard.

Kyra’s tears streamed down her face as she stared at Damon’s face, her chest tightening with a painful ache. She couldn’t believe he had clipped his wings, all because of her.

"Damon..." she whispered, her voice trembling. She clutched his arm, unable to hold back her tears. The blood on her face mixed with her tears, wiping away the smudges of battle.

Damon winced as he shifted, trying to speak through the pain. But before he could say anything, Kyra broke down, sobbing uncontrollably. "Why did you do it? Why?!" She cried, her voice cracking with grief and guilt.

Lucas, standing nearby, rushed forward to comfort her. "Ky-Ky... it’s okay, we—"

But she pushed him away, her emotions overwhelming her. "No! You didn’t stop him!" Her voice was filled with anguish as she covered her face with her hands, her sobs growing louder. Damon, panicked by her tears, struggled to hug her, groaning from the sharp pain in his back.

"Don’t cry... please... Ah—" he groaned again, his breath hitching as the pain became unbearable.

Hearing his painful groan, Kyra slowly uncovered her face, her breath catching as she saw Damon in agony. Her panic spiked, and for a moment, she stopped sobbing, her tear-filled eyes locking onto his. "I’m sorry... I’m so sorry... I didn’t mean to..." she choked out, her voice trembling as fresh tears spilled down her cheeks. Damon, even in his weakened state, forced a faint, reassuring smile, his soft gaze trying to reach her, offering comfort despite the pain he was enduring.

Kyra’s heart clenched again as she noticed the deep wound on his back, hastily bandaged around his chest and back but still bleeding through, and he looked like he could collapse any second. Her worried eyes scanned over him, unable to hide the ache she felt seeing him like this.

Without a word, Kyra reached for him, her hand gently touching his arm. "Damon..." she whispered, her voice full of concern. Damon winced but stayed still, not wanting to show weakness in front of her.

"I’ll be fine," he muttered through gritted teeth, but Kyra knew better. The sight of him hurt like this made her chest tighten with worry. Ignoring his protests,

Without a second thought, Kyra wrapped her arms around him, pulling him into a tight embrace.

she placed her hands over his wounds. A warm, soothing light began to emit from her palms as she focused all her energy on healing him.

Damon stiffened at first, feeling the surge of energy from her. Slowly, the pain in his back began to fade, and he relaxed into her arms. "You don’t have to..." he murmured, but she only held him tighter, her hands glowing brighter as the healing power worked through him.

"I can’t let you suffer like this," Kyra said softly, her hazel-blue eyes shining. "Not when I can help."

"Little thing..." he muttered, glancing at her out of the corner of his eye. There was a mix of affection and concern in his voice, but he didn’t protest her healing.

Her hands moved slowly, the warmth intensifying as the glow from her power surrounded his wound, knitting the torn flesh back together. Damon stood still, though his eyes occasionally flickered with the discomfort of healing magic working through his injury.

As Kyra healed Damon, she felt her energy drain rapidly. The battle had already left her tired, and now, the world around her spun as she finished healing his deep injuries. She broke the hug, smiling weakly at Damon, but exhaustion finally took over. Her body gave in, and she fainted, her knees buckling.

"Little thing..." Damon’s voice cracked as he shouted, his strong arms catching her before she hit the ground.

"Ky-ky!" Lucas hurried to her side. Damon gently held her waist, pulling her close, while Lucas wrapped his arms around her neck, softly patting her cheeks, trying to wake her. "Ky-ky," he called, his voice filled with worry.

"Oceanus, look at Kyra—what happened?" Lucas hurriedly called, his voice laced with panic. Oceanus walked over to their side closer and examined the beautiful, unconscious female, who was cradled in the arms of two concerned male.

"Let me check her pulse. We need to get her somewhere safe," Oceanus said with usual calm and lazy expression as he glanced at her pale face, streaked with blood from afar.

Lucas nodded, biting his lips anxiously. He raised Kyra’s wrist, trying to stay composed as he turned on a space capsule.

Simon’s eyes widened in shock, and even Oceanus looked taken aback.

Lucas, trying to hide the tremble in his hands as he carefully selected options on screen.
