Chapter 89: Chapter 89 Rainbow
"So you thought forcing Kyra into taking more males was the solution?" Wilson spoke, looking at Partich Tim coldly. "Did you see her standing there alone, listening to everything Sally, Elders and everyone else said? She’s my daughter-in-law, more like a daughter to me. She’s such a lovely female. Have you seen how she has been taking care of Lucas, better than any male could? If you don’t know anything, don’t do something stupid," Wilson shook his head in frustration.
"Yeah, Tim, although you made a mistake, you were thinking about Lucas," David added. "So I hope you apologize to Kyra and make some compensation to her."
Partich Tim’s eyes flashed with regret. "I am sorry. I will correct my mistake and apologize," he said earnestly.
Gina looked at him, then turned away to her husbands. "Let’s go quickly. The rain is getting heavier. I can’t stay in the rain for long; I’m afraid I’ll catch that dangerous cold again." she said, and her mates hurriedly led her to their house.
Partich Tim watched them go, feeling a deep sadness. He turned into his wolf form, his ears drooping as he slowly walked towards his house. It was large, but it never felt like home because no one was there waiting for him.
He was helplessly in love with Gina. It wasn’t that he hadn’t tried to move on with other females, but nothing worked.
They all liked him for his position. Once, a female had agreed to mate with him, but when she saw his scar, she ran away screaming.
He was heartbroken. What use was power when females always saw the beauty of males first?
He had thought Lucas was injured and that Kyra, being a pampered female with her healthy body and glowing skin, wouldn’t be able to take care of him properly.
He thought forcing her to take more mates would make her realize the benefits after mating.
Plus, many wolves in his tribe were single, and he didn’t intend to hurt Kyra’s feelings. But now, he saw how wrong he had been.
He sighed as he opened his house door and walked inside, shaking his fur to remove the water. The empty house felt even lonelier today.

It was evening, and the rain had finally stopped. Kyra looked up, amazed to see a rainbow stretching across the sky. It seemed so close, yet still far away.
"You love it?" Vincent asked.
"Yeah, it’s beautiful," Kyra said, her eyes reflecting the vibrant colors of the rainbow.
"And you’re my rainbow, Kyra. My rainbow," Vincent said, his deep voice a sweet whisper in Kyra’s ear. "This is a symbol of our love. I will always remember this day, and I promise I will take good care of you for our entire life."
"I promise you too, Vincent. I will love you forever. I will never let you feel down. I will always be with you." Kyra said with a smile, her heart full.
She accepted that she was in love with two guys. It wasn’t wrong, right? The custom here allowed females to take more mates, after all.
Vincent smiled as he looked back at the tall mountains. His feet were blistered from the journey, but the pain was sweet now that he was holding his rainbow in his arms.
The rain, the rainbow, and the temple tonight witnessed their love.
Vincent loved Kyra deeply, and she loved him in return. In this moment, everything felt perfect.
He was incredibly lucky to have found Kyra without much difficulty. Every event seemed to align in his favor, drawing Kyra closer to him. He had never felt such emotions before.
The way Kyra made him feel was unlike anything he had ever experienced with anyone else. She awakened a strong desire in him that was entirely new.
Although Vincent had initially disliked Kyra, he couldn’t understand how that animosity had transformed into deep love.
Finally, they arrived at the temple. Vincent stopped and raised his head, taking in the sight.
The temple was enormous, with a statue of the Beast God surrounded by mythical creatures. Everywhere he looked, there were delicate carvings.
"I was waiting for you." a sudden, old voice said. Vincent gently set Kyra down from his arms and looked towards the source of the voice.
An old man with white hair and a wrinkled face stood there, smiling kindly. "Ah! I knew you would come," he said in a gentle, elder voice.
"How do you know?" Kyra asked, her eyes widening as she looked at him. Vincent held her hand tightly.
"I know, I know. He tells me everything. But change your clothes first, young lady. I am still waiting for someone," the old man said, looking excited.
"Ayoo, bring some clothes for the lady for the marriage," the old man called out. Ayoo, a young man with a bald head, quickly came over with a bundle of clothes. He looked at Kyra shyly and handed her the clothes before quickly hiding behind the old man.
Kyra looked at the strange clothes in her hands. It was a long, beautiful red fabric, but she was confused about what kind of clothes they were.
"Hahaha! Don’t worry, young lady. There is a room behind that pillar where you can change. I will explain to your male how to help you wear it," the old man said, and Kyra nodded before walking away.
When they were alone, the old man looked at Vincent, who was eyeing him suspiciously.
"Don’t worry, child. I know you must be doubting me, but believe me, he already told me that you two are destined to be together." the old man said, startling Vincent. Although he knew priests were powerful, he had never known they could see destinies.
"My name is Brad. Don’t worry, I will help you both get married. The Beast God has heard your prayers. You don’t have to endure any more hardships," Brad said, leaving Vincent shocked and startled.
"Don’t be silly, child. Go help your lady with the traditional clothes," Brad instructed, explaining how to wear them. Vincent nodded and stiffly walked to the room behind the pillars.
