"What about the bad news?"
Mo Rubing sneered with a cold laugh, "You’ll know when you see it."
Li Ping walked slowly to the location where Mo Rubing stood.
The scene in front of him changed abruptly, as though the high watchtower was plummeting rapidly.
Scenes of the Ocean of Darkness below approached swiftly and enlarged continuously.
Suddenly, they struck his sight, reaching deep into his Divine Soul.
Boom!
The surrounding scenery transformed, as if they had left the Ocean of Darkness and arrived at a completely new and unknown place.
"Don’t move."
Mo Rubing’s voice resonated in his heart, calming Li Ping, who then looked around carefully.
He saw them—the other four who had fallen in the Immortal Realm.
Frozen in their last moments, but unlike Fang Dinge, their faces were covered in a gray layer, their features no longer discernible.
It was barely evident that they had tried to stop the fearsome force devouring them.
Li Ping attempted to find the culprit responsible for the demise of these five Immortals.
The gray, vine-like material that stretched from the feet of the four fallen Immortals and tangled together caught Li Ping’s attention.
In Li Ping’s observation, these gray vines were lifeless, merely a conglomeration of pure energy.
But for some reason, when facing them, he felt as if he were the target of a venomous snake.
"What is this?" Li Ping asked without hesitation, free from any psychological barriers.

Mo Rubing took a while before he slowly answered Li Ping’s question.
"Desire to Survive?" Li Ping carefully pondered the meaning of these four words.

Although Li Ping could not see Mo Rubing, he could sense his intense focus on the gray "Desire to Survive" surrounding them.
