Chapter 56: Unpacking

About 3 minutes later, Kaizer left the dean’s office and walked out of the administration building with a slight frown on his face. He was not worried about hardship as he was 100% motivated to acquire stronger supernatural power for his own masculine craving, which was further enhanced by the need to protect Rina and his family.

However, the logistics of it were truly daunting. Kaizer was juggling the responsibilities he had as the heir to Lunin Corp along with his training regimen and the possible missions as well as the dangers he would face.

When he came out, he noticed that Hector and Lisa were still there, casually waiting beside the pickup. When they saw him, Hector waved over casually, to which Kaizer approached with a reserved smile.

"Yo, you’re done? Did you get the allocation for your crib yet?" Hector asked, his arms folded and his demeanor far less guarded than before.

Kaizer could tell that the young man was regretting his harsh reaction earlier, which was triggered by the shock of them being S-class espers. After they were away finishing their enrollment, Hector realized that they were not asuras with three heads and six arms, but youngsters just like them.

"I will share one with Rina, so we have to go to her. Give me a moment to contact her first," Kaizer responded with a nod.

He whipped out his latest model phone and dialed Rina’s number. Naturally, both internet and call services existed on campus, so after a few rings, she excitedly picked up and informed Kaizer of the necessary details.

She had already gone to meet that personage with the special ability and signed a contract with Madam Sylvia, so she had already been allocated a villa near the western side of the residential area. After getting the specific address, Kaizer told her that they would be coming, so she should be ready.

After hanging up, he informed Hector and Lisa of the address, which they seemed to know as regulars. As such, Kaizer hopped on with the duo of acquaintances and drove rather mildly towards the residential area, Hector giving a small tour of the academy as they passed through.

Kaizer noted the information he was giving, which was unofficial, mostly some history and interesting tidbits. When they entered the residential area especially, Hector pointed at various villas or condos and mentioned those groups or people who occupied them.

Soon, they came upon a dainty residential street that was quiet and hardly trodden. Each gate was spaced by a significant distance due to the fact that each plot of land was huge, big enough to support a villa estate.

They soon reached the villa with the address of 08 Hibiscus Street, which was located slightly closer to the Academy Mall than the other villas in the area, which obviously made it more valuable than the others.

At the gate, Rina was already there with Madam Sylvia, happily chatting with the mature woman. Looking at the two beautiful and voluptuous women, one youthful and one a seasoned woman, the soul couldn’t help but feel greatly soothed.

Looking at the infatuated expression on Lisa’s face, one would think that she had seen her true love. However, for this girl, it was likely that Madam Sylvia had long been an object of her fantasy, given her looks.

Lisa came to park beside them, catching the attention of the two. Rina immediately walked over and opened the door for Kaizer, hugging her brother greedily, as if this small time away had been years for her.

Kaizer was left helpless. After Rina had awakened her power and especially after sharing that he was also a virgin, she had become very open about her affection for him, not giving other women a chance to even get close.

He didn’t have a problem with this, but being this close to Rina was dangerous for him because, regardless of whether she was willing, Kaizer didn’t want to cross certain lines until they were both 100% sure. He would hate himself eternally if he indulged himself in his desires towards Rina and then found another girl who was his soulmate.

Rina clearly didn’t think so much. For her, ever since they had been young, there was no boy more amazing than Kaizer to her. He had always been cool and omnipotent to her, and the awakening of their esper powers only seemed to buttress that to her.

She was also worried that her brother’s exemplariness would attract other greedy vixens, so she had already warned her instructor not to have any funny thoughts about Kaizer, which made Madam Sylvia speechless for over 5 minutes.

Did this brat of a girl really think her beloved brother was the only high-quality male in the world? Even if she, Sylvia, was a cougar that liked younger boys, there were hundreds of handsome and suave young men like Kaizer in the academy alone.

However, after she came to understand the family situation and background of the two, Madam Sylvia obviously recognized the obvious attraction between the two that seemed to be unrequited but actually wasn’t.

In hindsight, that request from Kaizer to make his sister romantically unavailable made much more sense to Madam Sylvia now. Given that both were going to stay under one roof alone from now on, Madam Sylvia generously gave Rina the contact of one of her clan members who was an obstetrician.

Lisa was all eyes for Madam Sylvia and missed the affection from Rina towards Kaizer, but Hector saw it. His expression became doubtful until he calculated a few things, then his eyes widened as he remembered a few key details since meeting these two.

"Good, you’re here. This will be your residence for your duration of your stay, but you can change it anytime you want as I own 10% of all the villas in the school. It already has a groundskeeper and a group of workers to maintain its daily operation, so there’s no need to worry about that," Madam Sylvia stated as she handed a keycard to Kaizer and Rina each, which was engraved with the portrait of the villa.

She then showed them how to use it to access their villa, the gate soon swinging open on its own to welcome them. Lisa drove them in, feeling excited that the great Madam Sylvia was seated within her very own car.

Kaizer cringed slightly when he read her thoughts and found that this pervert of a girl was planning to sniff the seat she sat on afterward. He realized that even her aversion towards Rina for her S-class status was slightly wearing away, because if she dared to lust after a Deputy Dean like Madam Sylvia, why not lust after a mere Rina?

Interestingly, both Madam Sylvia and Rina were completely clueless about this, thinking that Lisa was a traditional slut who liked to get down with men that interested her even if they were strangers.

As for Hector, he was more wary about Madam Sylvia’s clan as his own family was one of their subordinate powers affiliated with them. One mistake today and he could cause endless trouble for his father, so he behaved extremely respectfully and upright.

Once inside the villa, the car was parked within the courtyard while the group disembarked. Kaizer lifted all the suitcases with telekinesis and had them follow along as Madam Sylvia gave a quick tour of the villa, which had around seven bedrooms alone on the bottom floor, and five on the upper floor.

There was an office, a training room, three living rooms, a game room, a snack bar with an alcohol cabinet, a cellar that could store supplies for a rainy day, and an attic with a mini observatory where one could view the stars.

As part of the design, there was a bathroom attached to each room and three WC’s available for guests that they could use. Outside the villa area were the servant quarters, which was a mini condo with actually top-tier upscale features, better than some apartments that you’d pay a premium for in the city center.

After the tour, Madam Sylvia took her leave after giving Rina a few reminders about her lesson plan. As a Deputy Dean, she was tremendously busy and even if she planned to fully invest in Rina, she couldn’t shirk her other duties because of that.

Hector and Lisa plopped down on the couch within one of the living rooms, Lisa seeming jittery as she wanted to leave due to the lingering scent disappearing with each second, while Hector only wanted to enjoy the luxury for a bit longer.

Knowing this, Kaizer offered to hang out with them another day since they would also need to do some shopping for various things. Lisa jumped up and seemed ready to go while Hector frowned, thinking they were being kicked to the curb after their usefulness had expired. _{𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒑𝒖𝙗.𝒄𝒐𝒎}

However, he was assuaged when Kaizer took their numbers and gave them their numbers as well, understanding that the fellow probably wanted to be alone with his sister. Thinking like this, Hector had a strange ’understanding’ smile and no longer felt miffed.

Soon, it was just Kaizer and Rina alone in the manor.
