Chapter 164: Chapter 164 I Want to Kill Him
The sky was turning a pale white, and a red sun was slowly rising from the horizon.
Lu Changyuan watched the departing Zhan Rong and the person in charge, pulled out a cigarette from his case, and lit it. He exhaled a ring of smoke, watching it slowly dissipate, and said in an ethereal voice, "You made quite a ruckus last night, didn’t you scare her?"
Han Yi sat on the couch in silence.

Han Yi released her tightly bound hands, revealing a series of purple marks on her snow-white wrists from being bound. He gently caressed the marks, and said in a deep voice, "He’s in the hospital, being resuscitated."

Han Yi had calculated many things, but he had not foreseen that his sister would attempt to assassinate Qin Wenhao. And to do so alone!
She had kept him in the dark, without even a hint of her intentions.

They have developed a batch of potions that reportedly aid in Ability development, but they are still in the trial phase, so they haven’t been announced publicly."
As Yang Qi spoke, he cautiously glanced at Han Yi and said, "Brother Han, about Long Yueze whom you asked us to investigate last time; he is the chief adviser of the Long Family. He came to Beicheng with Qin Wenhao this time, intending to sell Ability Potions to Beicheng’s military. Once a cooperation agreement is reached, large orders of the potion will be shipped here after production."
