Two days later, the three of them took a train and left the Capital City.

"You may not have money, but you have people! I’ll leave you here, you can wash dishes for them, and we’ll have a nice meal and be on our way. What a good deal," Bai Xiao teased Li Chunhua.
Li Chunhua sneered, "If you aren’t afraid of losing face, go ahead and leave me here. But don’t blame me if I cause a scene, throwing a tantrum. I’m more than capable of that. Besides, I’m a seventy-year-old woman; what do I have to fear from them? If they dare make me wash dishes, I’ll sue them!"
As they walked in, they came face-to-face with Bai Yue greeting customers.
Bai Yue looked up and saw Bai Xiao and Li Chunhua, she was utterly shocked.
"Oh my, Xiao, Grandma! Am I dreaming? How did you two end up together?" No one could have imagined Bai Xiao would be with Li Chunhua.
Bai Xiao wasn’t supposed to be at the military base?
"Yue’er, what are you doing here? Don’t tell me it’s because Bai Xiao left you here to wash dishes," said Li Chunhua, startled herself.
She hadn’t expected her eldest granddaughter to be there.
Her first thought was that Bai Xiao was up to no good.
Bai Yue burst out laughing. Glaring at Bai Xiao for her trickery, she clearly saw through the ruse to scare the old lady. "Grandma, don’t listen to Xiao’s nonsense. This is our restaurant. You must be tired after a whole day; come inside to the room to sit. Xiao, help Grandma to the private room to rest."
Then, seeing An Zhiyuan, she smiled even more brightly. Her brother-in-law had come to pick up Bai Xiao and Grandma. This immediately made An Zhiyuan much more pleasant in her eyes.
"Hurry! Zhiyuan, go and take a seat with them at your table," she urged.
