Chapter 446: Chapter 446: Are you going abroad for further studies together?
"Pregnant?" Zhao Wenkai glanced at her belly, the corners of his mouth curled up. "Lin Man, you’d better pray you’re not pregnant, or if you are, don’t let me find out. Handle it quietly on your own. Tong Yao took a deep breath, and gathered the courage to ask, "Are you giving up on me because of your career or because of your mother?"
"Dr Si," a crisp female voice suddenly sounded.
Tong Yao turned her head to look at the roadside. A woman standing there pushing a bicycle. She knew that woman. It was Dr Zhou from the maternity department. She was about the same age as Si Chen, unmarried, good-looking, and had joined the hospital not long ago. It was said that she was a connected person.
As to whose relative she was, Tong Yao wasn’t sure. She hadn’t paid attention when she heard about it from Xiao Limao’s gossip.
Now, Dr Zhou had pushed her bicycle over. Ignoring Tong Yao, she began to chat with Si Chen as if she was the only one there.
"Dr Si, you will be going abroad in a few days. I see you still have the mood to hang out on the streets. I go home to accompany my parents as soon as I get off work these days, I dare not stay out longer. By the way, I heard..."
Si Chen interrupted her, "Sorry, I have other matters to attend to."
