These people completely ignored Tong Yao’s words. In their eyes, they saw Tong Yao as someone who just wants to dodge their house payment. Angered, they pointed at Tong Yao.

The man’s wrist was held so tightly it hurt, his expression twisted in pain. He didn’t understand why the new arrival had such strength, he felt a little intimidated.
As Tong Yao turned around, she saw the person standing in front of her. She doubted her eyes for a moment, full of disbelief. She stared at the newcomer, standing there without blinking, fearing that the moment she blinked, he would disappear.

Si Chen patted Tong Yao’s back to comfort her, then turned to the man who had tried to attack Tong Yao.
"Who are you?" The man felt a chill down his spine under Si Chen’s gaze. He had just seen Si Chen not exerting much strength, but his wrist was hurting and numb, which was very strange.
"He is my husband." Tong Yao said in a clear voice.
With Si Chen by her side, she felt especially relieved and not afraid at all.
The man hesitated for a moment, then thought, there are so many of us, what should we be afraid of?
So, he fiercely said, "So what if your husband is here? Your debt should be repaid, it’s a matter of course."
Si Chen said in a deep voice, "Your actions are no longer simple debt collecting, you gathered a crowd to cause trouble and attempted assault."
The man said, "Enough with your lies. Can you help her pay or not? If not, you can’t leave either."
As soon as his words fell, dozens of police officers arrived at the entrance. This scene scared the man and the people behind him. Their faces all showed a look of unease.
They thought Tong Yao was just bluffing, after all, Tong Yao owed them money. They didn’t expect her to really call the police and for so many to show up.

Tong Yao felt a little reluctant, but thinking of his ability to return, which was already very difficult, made her happy again. "How did you know I was here?"

"Did you ask him why he suddenly wanted money?"
Si Chen fell silent for a moment, then said thoughtfully, "Someone inside is stirring things up, saying that we are going bankrupt and will not be able to pay."
