"I told you to wait for me, but you didn’t listen." Shi Yan reprimanded her, then accompanied Lin Man into the restroom.
Scarface, who was sitting on the other side of the cart, got up and followed them, standing by the door glaring at them. When they both came out, he said, "Even if we can’t find him there, you ought to pay the full price."
"Why should I?" Lin Man retaliated.
Why would I want to pay him if he couldn’t even find the person?
Where is such a good thing in the world?
Scarface ignored Lin Man, his face cold, he said to Shi Yan, "Give me half of the money now."
Shi Yan locked eyes with Scarface for a moment, and then broke into a smile, patting Scarface on the shoulder, "Brother, don’t worry, boon or bane, you’ve been on this train for so long, suffering so much, I’m definitely giving you the full amount."
