Chapter 641: Chapter 641: Eyes Hurt After Crying
Tong Yao was the only one standing at the entrance of the Operating Room, holding a baby and not leaving. Zhang Lijuan just went through the difficulties of childbirth, it would probably sadden her seeing nobody waiting outside the Operating Room.

Si Boyi was in good condition and did not need someone looking after him. She just felt it was a bit awkward for her and Si Boyi to be alone in the Ward.
Upon finishing her sentence, Zheng Xiaoshuang noticed the child in Tong Yao’s arms, staring in shock, "Sister Yaoyao, whose child is this?"
As soon as the words left her mouth, Zheng Xiaoshuang realized the idiotic nature of her question. Zhang Lijuan was in childbirth, so whose child could it be other than hers?
Tong Yao’s reply soon confirmed Zheng Xiaoshuang’s assumption, "Lijuan just gave birth. It’s a boy, over eight pounds, so chubby."
Once she realized, Zheng Xiaoshuang hurriedly received the baby, lowering her voice a fraction, "Oh my, this baby is so chubby. Lijuan previously wished to give birth to a girl, seems like she’s destined to be a mother-in-law. Is Lijuan alright?"
Tong Yao nodded, "Mother and son are both fine, she’s just getting stitched up. She should be out soon."
As those words fell, the door to the Operating Room was opened. Zhang Lijuan was being wheeled out by the doctors and nurses. Tong Yao and Zheng Xiaoshuang quickly approached. Zhang Lijuan was still weak, however she was conscious and seeing both of them waiting for her, she cried out, "Sister-in-law."
Tong Yao promptly reminded her, "You really mustn’t cry, you’re in your postpartum confinement. If you cry now, your eyes will hurt later."
Upon hearing those words, Zhang Lijuan hurriedly nodded. Tong Yao advised, "You should rest now. We’ll hold the baby, he’s very chubby and cute."
Zhang Lijuan replied, "I am resigned to not be a grandmother, only a mother-in-law."
Such a statement made both Tong Yao and Zheng Xiaoshuang laugh. They accompanied Zhang Lijuan’s mobile bed into the ward. When Si Boyi saw the nurses wheeling someone in, he thought another patient was about to be admitted. Not knowing whether it was a man or a woman, afraid of offending someone, he did not dare to look directly. But once the doctors and nurses lifted Zhang Lijuan onto the bed and he took a glance at her, he instantly got a shock.
"Lijuan, what happened to you?"

Zheng Xiaoshuang firstly let Zhang Lijuan see the baby, then passed it over to Si Boyi, "First, look at your little treasure."

She didn’t want to go through childbirth again, it was too threatening. They had just begun to live well. Death would erase everything, leaving nobody to take care of the children.
Tong Yao reminded them, "Regardless of who gets sterilized, you need to ensure there won’t be an unplanned pregnancy before the procedure."
