Chapter 968 - Back With Miss Hertanc

Now that all of my materials were secured - both the general and the premium - I was free to do whatever else I pleased before reuniting with Renna at dusk, which was when we had agreed to have a quick dinner, some sex and then head back home with Kalia and Inik.
With the foundation of the Club constructed, the materials secured and my overall thirst for sex on a slight downwards trend - my thirst for having sex with just anyone at all, anyways - I was finding myself on the path to Miss Hertanc's store, knowing that I would get the best of both worlds there.
I had work to do for her - my contractual obligation, really - and I also had 'work' for her as well, which was on that contract too; I really was a negotiator of the highest degree, wasn't I~?
All my agreements with people were made better for me through some pleasure between me and them; they get some amazing ecstasy and I get to have some fun while also securing more of whatever I needed then I had any right to get.
My musings carried me all the way to the store without much issue, and upon entering I quietly made my way to the back and found my workstation, getting it ready and reading the small list of things that Miss Hertanc wanted from me, each item tagged with its importance and the timeframe she needed it by.
It was quite the list, but everything on the list was manageable thanks to the prepared materials and the fact that some of the more demanding pieces had already been started; some premade bands were ready for use, as well as some basic link chains that were sized for either wrists or necks.
With that I was able to get a few of the more immediate items done within the hour, the process of heating the thin strips of gold to help shape it around certain stones not taking that long while the engraving was rather simplistic and easily done.
I was really skilled with my hands - everyone in the family could attest to that - but it was moments like this when I realized just how skilled I was, since I managed to get a half dozen rings and two bracelets done before the hour was up.
Even if they had been premade and I was just adjusting and improving them that was still impressive, and I wasn't the only one to think so; when that hour was up Miss Hertanc entered the room, walking up behind me and grabbing at my ass as she looked over all of my work, nodding to herself and giving me a smirk.
"Good. It all looks clean and you did it fast. I knew I made the right choice hiring you. Now, we need to get the pieces for our Elven friend done, so I brought this over. Since this is a high profile request I'll be working with you, but don't get used to it."
Placing a box down beside me, Miss Hertanc gave me a squeeze before leaning down and kissing me hungrily, her lips pressed firmly against mine as she coiled her tongue around mine to make it easier to suck on it, doing everything she could to taste more of me.
I thought she was going for a quickie before we started the work, so I was preparing myself to climb onto her body and let her hold me up as she fucked me hard and fast, but the Horsekin just kept kissing me before running out of breath, pulling away and smacking me on the ass as she muttered "That's it for now, Astra..."
Removing her hands from me and staring at the workstation for a moment, Miss Hertanc regulated her breathing before standing straight and nodding to herself, clarity returning to her eyes.
Pushing her glasses back up and fixing her cuffs, the Horsekin took a deep breath and said "I'll cut and polish the wood as you need it. Remember, we are making an entire suite of jewelry for our client, and as such they need to be perfect.
Now, I have three kinds of wood in here, each one different from the last. We have some Augustian Silver Pine, some Aurelic Sun Oak, and then finally we have a little bit of Thunderous Birch. That's silver, gold and blue wood to be used as the primary focus of these pieces, which means we need to work around them and set them up as the heart of each piece."
While I was immensely disappointed that the Horsekin wasn't ramming her gigantic dick into me and using me as her cumdump, I knew that this was the kind of futanari I had decided to work for, so I just let out a small sigh before nodding and walking my brain away from the idea of sex.
"I think the best course of action would be a watch for each type of wood, a bracelet made with one of the metallic woods and the blue wood, and a set of rings using each. That would be a total of seven pieces of jewelry that are all able to be worn in a set, giving her a versatile selection."
"We would need a necklace as well, and perhaps some earrings, but I do like the three watches. Far more complex if we did them traditional, but since she is an Elf and a Noble I wouldn't mind making use of some smaller Mana Crystals to power an enchantment. What were you thinking for the rings?"
We fell into a discussion immediately after that, the idea of having mind numbingly good sex disappearing entirely as we debated the pros and cons of every single idea either of us had, taking nearly twenty minutes to settle on the first piece that we would work on.
That sounded like a bad time, but it really wasn't since we got to learn more about the creative processes that the other goes through as well as the ideas that they were capable of having, allowing us to fine tune our design without even needing to draft it or get it through another process to know if it would work or not.
We were just... confident enough and knowledgable enough about what we were doing - her because of her vast experience in this field and me because I had a System to do all the heavy lifting for me mentally - to do it without needing a draft, and soon I was working on the first watch side by side with Miss Hertanc.
