Aquarina ended up dragging her parents towards Justicio's house, trying to appeal to his father so they would be able to bring him along. Ultimately, the decision was made by him, as Justicio's mother didn't seem that upset about him, and most of the time followed her husband's words.
"Y-You're the heroes?!"
And so, Aquarina went to check on Justicio's father with her mom and her dad, ready to say anything to convince the grumpy old man. Although it seemed that the mere presence of her parents already made him almost piss himself.
"Hello, you must be Justicio's father, right?" Shade asked.
"We are sorry to bother you," Nepheline said. "But our daughter here is the friend of your son, and she and your son had promised someone that they would go help them at the Oasis."
"M-My son promised what?" the old man muttered. "Wait a second so Aquarina was… your daughter?!"
"You didn't know?" Shade asked.
"I-I didn't! Not everyone in the village just knows everything…" complained Justicio's father. "T-To think my brat of a son made friends with someone so important!"
"Yeah he's pretty strong," Aquarina nodded. "He's my friend, so can you lift his punishment for a bit? Being grounded for getting late is a bit weird when he brought you a lot of stuff in return as well."
"I-I mean… yes but…" the old man remained in silence for a moment, as if thinking. "I guess you aren't wrong, but even then I just wanted to teach him some discipline, he's so lazy all the time… Once he grows up into an adult I want him to become a good hunter and all…"
"Wouldn't you be grateful then, for Aquarina bringing your son to many adventures and incentivizing him to not be lazy?" Nepheline wondered, crossing her arms. "I did the same with Aquarina honestly, but after she explained to me everything that happened, we forgive her for coming late and worrying us."
"I haven't completely heard everything the boy had to say, honestly…" the old man said. "I might've been a bit too mad at him… I kind of got pissed how he was smiling at me, sorry… Maybe I shouldn't really… treat my kid like that."
"We are nobody to tell you how to treat your son," said Shade. "But it would have been better to listen to him, perhaps."
"Call him over!" Aquarina said. "We can solve this pretty quickly, uncle."
"Hah… O-Okay then," Justicio's father felt a bit pressured by Aquarina's big powerful family more than anything, he would have been much more stubborn if it wasn't for their Titles…
Ultimately, Justicio walked downstairs and explained things with Aquarina on fine detail, making Justicio's father surprised of the heroic adventures his son had already experienced.
"Well, I'll be damned brat, you sure have done a lot…!" he laughed. "Y-You fought and defeated Tier 7 Monsters?! At that point you're already a full-fledged hunter in the village, aren't you? You could already be considered an adult…"
"Indeed! I'm so proud of you, dear!" Justicio's mother hugged him and kissed him all over his face. "I knew one day my cute little boy would become a great hunter and warrior!"
"A-Ah, it's nothing, mom, if it wasn't for Aquarina's support I wouldn't be here right now… She has seriously helped me a lot, I owe her and her family more than you think…" Justicio said, making his parents feel indebted as well.
"I see, I get it now!" sighed his father, crossing his burly arms, despite being much smaller than his son, he was still very respected by Justicio. "Fine, brat! Have it your way! But I hope you keep disciplining yourself and training, alright? Unlike us two, you weren't born with a slower growth or other defects… you're strong, and you've got endless potential! Give it your all, alright?"
"Y-Yes father!" Justicio nodded, feeling a bit surprised his father was talking to him in such a way. "Thank you…"
"Tch! Don't get all cocky now, just go already! We'll be fine here with yer mother," sighed his father, slapping his son's back.
"We'll cook the lobster you brought for dinner, how about it?" his mother asked.
"Yeah, good idea!" his father nodded.
"I'm looking forward to that! I'll get going then! Bye!" Justicio waved his hand, as he flew into the skies on top of Leviathan, surprising his parents even more.
"H-Honey, is that a dragon?" Justicio's mother gasped, covering her mouth with her hand.
"Y-Yes… that's a whole ass dragon," nodded her husband. "Incredible… our son just hit the jackpot befriending such a gal, all things considered…"
Justicio glanced into the distance, noticing they rapidly reached Silvia's house. Unlike Justicio and Aquarina though, she wasn't grounded and was playing and practicing spirit magic spells with Khepri.
"SILVIAAA! Are you ready to go?" Aquarina called her.
"Oh! Aquarina! Yeah I'm ready! Been waiting for you!" Silvia said.
"She's back with… her parents?" Khepri wondered. 𝓃𝓸𝓋𝓹𝓾𝓫.𝒸ℴ𝓶
"Cool! We're going on an adventure with the heroes?!" Silvia was even more excited. "Let's go Khepri! Lift me up!"
"Fine…" Khepri used her spiritual armor to give Silvia a pair of wings made of golden light, helping her reach Leviathan in a couple of seconds.
"You weren't grounded?" asked Justicio.
"Grounded? Why would I be grounded? Hahaha!" Silvia laughed out of nowhere.
"Hahaha… yeeah…" Aquarina muttered.
"You're lucky to have relaxed parents!" Said Justicio jealously.
"Hehehe!" Silvia giggled as they flew through the skies. "Let's goooo! Wooooohhh!"
As the entire party flew through the skies, Silvia couldn't get her eyes off Aquarina's parents.
"So why is auntie and uncle coming along this time?" Silvia wondered.
"We wanted to formally apologize to the village of the oasis for the trouble you might have caused," said Shade.
"Also, we came to explore the dungeon, we need to make sure it is what we think it is…" said Nepheline. "Aquarina is still not completely free though, while she's hanging out with you guys she'll be training her magic. I hope you guys help her out."
