In the sanctuary where Sejun’s clones reside—

“Sejun No. 1, at this rate, isn’t the main body gonna die?”

“Exactly! He’s frail as hell, so why can’t he ever just sit still?!”

Santa Sejun responded with a tone full of frustration to Destruction Sejun’s grumbling.

They were Sejun’s clones. No matter how transcendent they were, if the main body died, they’d vanish too.

So, naturally, they had a lot of complaints about Sejun constantly throwing himself into danger.

Unbeknownst to Sejun, preparing for his birthday party had pushed him way past his limits. Theo had barely managed to rebalance him with a complete spiritual reconstruction, but now that balance was starting to crumble again.

And on top of that, another massive threat was heading straight for Sejun.

It should’ve been a blessing—but for his body, it was too much. It was poison.

His body really was flimsy and pathetic.

“At this rate, something’s gonna go wrong again. We need a countermeasure.”

“What’re you planning, Sejun No. 1?”

“We prep No. 3 to deal with the main body’s crisis.”

“Yes, sir!”

Hehehe... the youngest is finally escaping.

Santa Sejun’s decision made Destruction Sejun cheer with joy. Talented as he may be, he was still a Sejun at his core—his thoughts mirrored the main body’s more than he’d like to admit.

And so, the two decided to raise Sejun No. 3.

Inside Theo’s mental world—the incubator for Sejun’s clones—

Let’s grill some fish!

Let’s make some Churu!

They contacted the ultra-giant Chairman Park No. 3, who was enthusiastically creating a mountain of grilled fish and a lake of Churu.

And then—

“Hoohoohoo. Is it finally my time to shine?”

Time to show the main body just how amazing I am!

Chairman Park No. 3 puffed himself up proudly.

Hmm, what kind of god should I become?

He began to ponder.

Black Tower, 99th Floor.

“Up we go.”

Sejun opened his eyes with energy, same as always.

“Cleanliness Maintenance.”

He used the skill to wash himself and his companions clean.

“Nya...”

Squeak...

He gathered the Theo couple and the Kkamang family— 𝚗ov𝚙𝚞𝚋.c𝚘m

Clunk.

And headed toward the subspace storage.

“Sigh.”

A heavy sigh escaped Sejun.

Of course this is how my day starts...

Even on the day of his own birthday party, he had to gather ingredients.

For the record, no one had told Sejun to cook. No one was expecting anything extravagant, either.

Sure, Theo had sold a ridiculous number of invitations—but refunds were an option.

Even if wedding guests at Ppochie’s wedding had been turned away due to lack of space, nobody would’ve dared to complain.

But Sejun was the type who hated giving money back once it was in his pocket—and, deep down, he kind of enjoyed suffering.

In short, he was making things hard for himself on purpose.

While Sejun was busy working like usual on his own birthday—

“Heheheh! I’m here~!”

“Niheheh! Mirna, I’m soooo excited!”

“Uhehehehe~ I haven’t eaten in three days!”

Guests with invitation and wedding cards started arriving, and the 99th floor of the tower began to fill.

And then—

Whirrr—

The farm crew hustled around setting up Sejun’s dishes: seaweed soup, choco pies, japchae, honey rice cakes, and more.

Queng!

Queng carefully moved a black choco cake—shaped just like the Black Tower—using telekinesis.

On top of the cake were chocolate statues of Sejun, his companions, the farm crew, and some of the major clients(?). Every figure radiated lifelike energy.

In the front stood Sejun with his hands on his hips, striking a semi-cool pose.

On his right knee sat Theo, with Iona clinging to Theo’s tail. Perched atop his straw hat were Flamy and Sweetie. On his left side was Queng, and Bat-Bat was on his left shoulder. Kkamang and his underlings peeked out from Sejun’s sling bag.

Even a small statue of Toryong was placed on top of Sejun’s shoe.

To Sejun’s left stood Wolgang, Wolha, Black Moon Tteok, Pewpew, and Black Torch, all holding hands. To his right were Bbiot, Yuren, Poyo, and Sasoo. Around them were mushroom ants and poison honeybees, completely surrounding the cake.

Behind Sejun stood Pink Fur, the Cow King, a Black Minotaur, and several wolves. The rest of the chocolate statues had sizes proportional to how many invitations they’d purchased.

The reason Sejun could sculpt such detailed statues in such a short time was thanks to Talent: Molding. Though it usually only worked on stone, chocolate bricks were technically considered "stone" and thus usable.

Though not visible from the front, a heartfelt birthday message from Sejun was carved into the base of the statue.

“Eileen, this one’s for you.”

Knowing Eileen would feel hurt if she didn’t get something special, Sejun had sent her a giant chocolate statue made of 50,000 chocolate bricks.

“This one’s for Ace.”

Naturally, he sent one to Ace too—a 20,000-brick version.

As a result, Mudd had to make an additional 70,000 chocolate bricks. His mental state shattered into crumbs again, only barely pieced back together by Herr.

“Kyahahaha! Gotta put this in the collection vault.”

Eileen beamed as she read the message carved on the base of her statue and carried it proudly to her family’s collection vault.

“Ancestor, I’m borrowing your spot for a sec.”

Clang.

She casually tossed aside [Black Thunder], made from the horn of the Great Golden Dragon and wrapped in scales of the Great Black Dragon, and placed her chocolate statue in its place.

And just like that, Eileen continued filling her ancestral collection vault with the gifts Sejun gave her.

“Kyahahaha~”

Leaving the vault with a spring in her step—

“Puhihihi. So tasty~”

“Ace, I want chocolate too.”

She reached out to Ace, who was nibbling his own statue with extreme care.

“No way! Sejun gave this to me! Look, it even says: ‘To my cute little brother-in-law Ace Pritani, who loves dragon chicken.’”

He resisted at first—

“Really? You really don’t want to share?”

Eileen asked with a stone-cold stare.

“U-ugh... n-no, here...”

Ace, wearing a look of absolute injustice, broke off the tip of his tail and handed it to her.

But then—

“All of your tail. And your wings too.”

Eileen demanded the whole tail and both wings.

“Puhihiing! Mom!”

Ace burst into tears and called for Elizabeth.

“Eileen! I told you not to bully your little brother!”

And while Eileen was getting scolded by their mom—

Kuong. Kuong.

Pink Fur was overseeing the setup of the wedding hall alongside the poison honeybees and mushroom ants.

Down the aisle where the bride and groom would walk, she had arranged a gorgeous, colorful path made from yellow cherry tomato blossoms, white potato flowers, and purple sweet potato flowers. It was a flower road, blessing the couple’s shared journey.

“Wow... it’s beautiful.”

So Pink Fur had this kind of talent too...

Sejun realized he had misunderstood her.

Because she was always training with the Cow King, he’d assumed she was just a rough, tomboyish type—but Pink Fur, rich with emotion, actually loved flowers. (Though, to be fair, she also liked eating them.)

By the way, the reason Pink Fur trained with the Cow King wasn’t just to get stronger—it was also to stay healthy, so she could spend a long life with Queng.

A little later—

As the birthday party began—

Boom. Boom.

Sejun appeared before the cake, riding on the Cow King’s shoulder along with his companions.

“Alright, let’s start the birthday party! Happy birthda—”

Just as Sejun began to sing—

“Happy birthday to nya~!”

“Queng~!”

(Bat-Bat: Happy birthday~)

Squeak~

Kuooooong~

Moooo~

Everyone began to sing along, and the other guests, using the Song King Bat-Bat’s melody as a guide, clumsily joined in.

“Happy~ birthday~ to our beloved Sejun~!”

As the song reached its climax—

“Kyut kyut kyut. Power of fire!”

Iona cast Hellfire into the sky, creating a massive flame. At the same time, she silently cast Fire Resistance and Shield Magic onto the cake.

They couldn’t let the chocolate statue melt or break from the Hellfire’s heat.

“Okay! Now blow out the flame with a big whoosh! Huuu—”

“Fuunya!”

“Kyut—!”

Kkuueeeeeeng!

(Bat-Bat!)

Kuuooong!

Kkiiiing—!

Mooo—!

With Sejun’s shout, the entire group blew at the Hellfire.

Since many of them had strong breath, it caused a massive typhoon—but this time, Iona kept channeling mana into the spell, so it didn’t go out right away. Eventually, at just the right timing, the Hellfire was extinguished.

And just like that, the candle-blowing was done.

“Queng, help move the statue. Vice Chairman Theo, claws out.”

“Queng!”

“Puhuhut. Understood, nya!”

Patching!

Sejun moved the statue aside and had Theo bring out his claws—for the cake cutting.

“Guys, come help hold Theo’s front paw.”

Squeak!

Sejun got ready to cut the cake with everyone.

“Wolbok, you come too.”

Squeak!

[Okay!]

Squee!

[Dad, take me too!]

When Sejun called out to Black Wolbok, who was with the other rabbits, she brought along Black Torch, who was throwing a fit, and together they held onto Theo’s front paw.

It would’ve been perfect if Flamy was here too...

Sejun thought regretfully about Flamy, who couldn’t attend the party due to World Tree School.

But the protagonist always appears last.

[Hehe~! Sejun-nim, I’m here! Happy birthday, everyone!]

Using Law of Creation Tree: Weaken When Holding Breath and Authority: Frail Magical Girl, Flamy appeared on the 99th floor of the Tower.

“Oh! Flamy, you made it! Did you graduate from World Tree School?”

[Hehe. No, it’s just vacation.]

Of course, that was a lie. The World Trees were still being nagged by Flamy’s clone, Flamy Unit #330, and forced to chug down nutrients.

“Yeah? Well, glad you’re here. Let’s cut the cake together.”

[Hehe~. Okay!]

With Flamy’s arrival, ❖ Nоvеl𝚒ght ❖ (Exclusive on Nоvеl𝚒ght) the Sejun Family was now complete.

“Alright. Let’s cut it.”

Everyone held onto Theo’s front paw and sliced the cake.

Swoosh.

The cake was sliced cleanly in half, and Black Wolbok led Black Torch back to the other rabbits.

Black Wolbok was now the Queen of the Red Ribbon Kingdom. She had to look after the other rabbits.

“Happy birthday, everyone! Let’s eat!”

With Sejun’s cry, the real party began, and everyone started digging into the food.

And then—

[A flood of praise greatly nourishes your soul.]

[Mental Strength increases by 70.]

···

..

.

As praises poured in from those eating Sejun’s food, his Mental Strength skyrocketed.

Thankfully, there was no crisis.

Kihihit. Kking! Kking!

[Heehee! The Great Kkamang knew Sejun’s soul-butler would be in danger, so he boosted your Mental Strength in advance! This is the Great Kkamang’s divine foresight!]

It was thanks to Kkamang, who, back when Sejun earned the title [Title: Great Honorary Dragonkin], subdued the black dragon in Sejun’s mental world, unlocking his massive Mental Strength potential.

Because of that, Sejun didn’t pass out and was able to receive all the praise fully, increasing his stats.

“Hehehe.”

Sejun smiled contentedly, watching the messages announcing his rising Mental Strength.

Just then—

“Puhuhut. The mighty hybrid Chairman Park, receive the birthday gift prepared by me, Vice Chairman Theo, and Bat-Bat, nya!”

Theo pulled a stone tablet from his bundle with a dramatic flourish.

(Bahehehet! Sejun-nim, happy birthday!)

Bat-Bat cheerfully added his congratulations.

Kkuhehehe. Queng!

[Hehehe~! Queng also prepared a gift with Kkamang and Daddy~ da yo!]

Queng hurriedly pulled out his gift from his snack pouch.

Kihihit! Kking! Kking!

[Heehee! Butler! The Great Kkamang found this with Brother Queng!]

Kkamang puffed up proudly.

[Hehe~. I prepared a birthday gift for you too, Sejun-nim!]

Flamy also brought out a golden apple.

“Thanks, everyone!”

Before even checking the gifts, Sejun expressed his gratitude first.

And then—

“Park Theo, Park Flamy, Park Queng, Park Bat-Bat, Park Kkamang—happy birthday. Thank you for being born.”

I’m so glad I met you all.

Looking each one of them in the eyes, he shared his heartfelt wishes.

“And I also prepared a birthday gift.”

Choked with emotion, Sejun nearly teared up but quickly handed out the Birthday Coupons he had prepared.

Compared to the gifts the five brought, it was humble—

“Puhuhut. A two-year monopoly on Chairman Park’s lap... Puhuhut.”

[Hehe~. One hour of Sejun-nim’s head pats under the sun... hehe~.]

Kkuhehehe. Queng... kkuhehehe.

[Hehehe~. I’ll eat the food Daddy made... hehe~. Until I’m stuffed... hehe~.]

(Bahehehet! I’ll make a dance-song with Sejun-nim... bahehehet!)

Kihihit... Kihihit.

[Heehee~! The butler gave the Great Kkamang... heehee~... a coupon redeemable for 100 roasted sweet potatoes!]

Everyone was overjoyed. They couldn’t stop laughing.

Watching them, Sejun smiled, happiness welling up inside him.

And so, the unforgettable second birthday party in the Black Tower reached its joyous peak.
