"I'll return to Alcove City tomorrow," Princess Aracelle said.

"I know," Thirteen said.

The princess of House Pavareth then lowered her head to kiss the teenage boy's lips. Since today was the day that they would part, she asked him to grant her selfish wish.

And he granted that wish.

The soft rustle of fabric filled the room as the most breathtaking woman in all of Gomorra pressed her lips on Thirteen's, then gently guided him down onto the couch.

She settled into his lap, facing him.

Her expression was calm as she offered her heart and body to the person whom she had chosen in this lifetime.

Knowing it would be her first time, the teenage boy made sure she would be ready to accept him.

His hands teased, caressed, and wandered all over her body, making her tremble from time to time.

Not out of fear but out of overwhelming emotions rising to her chest.

She had decided to offer everything to him.

Her heart, her body, and her entire being.

A few minutes later, she wrapped her arms around his head as she panted for breath.

"… You're good at this," said Princess Aracelle in praise, and perhaps a little bit of complaint as well.

Thirteen didn't reply as he lightly kissed and sucked on her neck, leaving a mark behind.

Perhaps that act of acceptance and a little bit of love relaxed the princess' body.

The teenage boy then held onto her waist and looked up at her with a smile.

"You can still turn back," Thirteen said. "We don't need to do this. I already accepted you as one of my people."

Princess Aracelle shook her head as she raised her hips. "I don't want to become one of your people. I want to become your woman."

Reaching out her hand, she guided him to her entrance before lowering her hips.

A pained expression flashed across Princess Aracelle's face, but she endured it until his entirety was inside of her.

A tear slid down her eye, both in pain and happiness, for she had finally become his.

Truth be told, Princess Aracelle was afraid that if she returned to her people, her brother might force her to marry one of the Princes of the other Factions to form a strong alliance to conquer the entirety of the Cygni Continent.

After the battle with the Wanderers ended, the Jinns would then proceed to fight in a battle royale until only a handful were left.

And the last ones standing would be the new owners of the Cygni Continent.

Princess Aracelle didn't wish to give herself to anyone aside from Zion, so she made a selfish request.

She was even ready to beg him if needed, desperately unwilling to return to her family's side as a maiden who would be used as a tool to further their family's political might.

A month ago, she wouldn't have minded such an arrangement. Although she would feel uncomfortable marrying someone she believed was beneath her, she was willing to sacrifice herself for her family.

But it was different now.

She had chosen Zion, and she would not allow herself to be sullied by anyone who wasn't him.

"Let's stay like this for a while," Thirteen said as he lightly patted Princess Aracelle's back.

"Un." Princess Aracelle replied. "I love this feeling of being connected to you. I feel so full."

She then kissed his lips again, and again, and again.

The happiness she felt was overflowing, which led to her shedding a few more tears.

"I didn't know that you were a crybaby, Aracelle," Thirteen said, not minding the tears falling onto his face and body.

"You're the only one that can see this side of me, Zion," Princess Aracelle replied. "Only you have the right to see me like this."

Thirteen nodded before he started to make love to the person whom he cared for so much in the past, whom he was forced to erase from his memory due to how hurt he became when she died.

And now, they were once again reunited.

This time, Thirteen would not allow her to suffer the same fate.

When it finally ended, Princess Aracelle panted for breath as she hugged the one she loved tightly.

It was not only Zion who seemed to have remembered something about her past.

She did as well. But for her, it was more like a dream since she didn't believe she might have lived another lifetime before her present life.

But regardless of whether it was real or not, Princess Aracelle no longer cared.

What mattered to her was the present, and she loved it.

Perhaps, reading her thoughts, Thirteen raised his head to look up at her and touched her cheek with his hand.

"Humans have a saying," Thirteen said. "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.".

The Princess smiled and cupped the teenage boy's face.

"You are a present given to me by Fat… the world," Princess Aracelle said. "And it is the best gift that I received in my life."

She knew that Zion hated the word "Fate," so she hurriedly stopped herself in time, not wanting to upset him.

"You need to be punished," Thirteen said firmly.

"I accept my punishment," Princess Aracelle replied. "I know my wrongs."

She then kissed his lips before Thirteen made love to her a second time.

This time, he was a bit rougher, but Princess Aracelle preferred it this way because it made her feel that Thirteen wanted to ravage her and mark her from the inside out.

A few hours later, the young lady slept peacefully in the young man's arms.

Her beautiful body had small red marks here and there, but she didn't mind them one bit.

For her, this was proof of Zion's love, and she had no intention of using any healing items or abilities to make it go away.

At least until the main army of House Pavareth crossed over to Pangea.

Thirteen held her tightly before planting a kiss on her forehead.

He was a bit reluctant to let her go because his memory of her was still incomplete. However, one thing was certain.

She was one of his people and one of the reasons why he rebelled against the System God.

But he also understood that they had their roles to play.

"This time, things will be different," Thirteen said softly to the sleeping beauty in his arms. "I promise you—I will make sure you live a happy life this time around."

Princess Aracelle, who was sleeping peacefully, snuggled closer to Zion, and a faint smile appeared on her face.

Despite the pain and suffering that she had suffered under the teenage boy's hands, she knew that it was all worth it.

Every hurt that he had inflicted upon her was compensated for by his tender touch.

Every curse she had uttered back then was replaced by a kiss.

Her arrogance and pride were replaced with bliss now that she was his.

When the sun rose tomorrow, both of them would have to part.

But the string that bound them together would remain strong.

A string that overcame time.

A string that overcame space.

A bond that even death could not sever completely.

Thirteen gave the princess another kiss before closing his eyes to sleep.

He still had many promises to keep.

But that would have to wait after he wakes up from his sleep.
