RUMBLE!!!!!

The emergence of the snd quasi-Transcendent beast shook humanity a snd time in a short period of time. The beast, previously slumbering in the depths of the Beast Domain, had awoken when washed bythe Water of Rui’s Martial Embodiment that permeated the entire globe.

The Celestial Phoenix, a being of fire and heat incarnated, was not pleased by the Water.

Not at all.

"KRRRRRRIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEKKKKK!!!!!"

Its mighty cry shook the world.

It spread across everyrner of the planet, inspiring profound fear across human civilization. Every feather on the creature’s gargantuan body was a tremendous nuclear bomb, waiting to unleash an apocalypse upon the world.

Its body was enveloped in blindingly bright white-hot flames.

The creature was a Sun.

A Sun incarnated upon Gaia.

With a single flap of its gargantuan wings spanning an entireuntry, it gave birth to a supernova.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!

An unfathomable amount of heat emerged from the phoenix, threatening to wipe out all life in North Panama.

And yet, it didn’t.

Ituldn’t.

"Nary a beast shall wreak havoc upon North Panama."

WHOOSH

In the blink of an eye, he erased the extraordinary heat of the Celestial Phoenix as the creature beheld the man that had arrived before it.

His Martial Attire proudly glistened.

The crest of the Namgung Dynasty proudly embroidered upon its chest.

The Reverend of Reckoning had personally taken on the mission of felling the Celestial Phoenix.

Sage Jinryong Namgung flared his tremendous power as it shook the world, unleashing his immense Martial Embodiment.

A Martial Embodiment thatnsumed the very world.

A myriad of images, visions, sounds, and other sensory stimuli were empassed by the Embodiment.

A clock.

The rotatinggs of a machine.

The cycle of day and night.

The flow of seasons.

A beating heart.

A falling apple.

They were all different.

And yet, different as they were, there was an element ofmmonality among them.

Are of universality.

Order.

"Come…" his tone was sincerely powerful. "I, Jinryong Namgung, will protect the Order that you seek to destroy."

Flames of fury blazed in the eyes of thelossal Celestial Phoenix that glared at the Reverend of Reckoning with extraordinary wrath.

For a moment, nothing happened.

And then, the battle began.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

The world shook as the two beings of unfathomable power rampaged upon the very world that cradled them long and hard.

Even with a large number of Martial Sagesntaining the power of the battle, it still wreaked havoc across the entirety of the Panama Continent as an immense flood of seismic radiation reached all ends of thentinent.

It gave birth to many earthquakes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters that emerged from thensequences of the battle.

For the snd time in two days, a battle with two extraordinary beings shook the world.

A battle that lasted an hour.

By then, a victor had already been decided.

"Your Majesty," an intelligence offer barged into the office of the Royal Office. "We have just receivednfirmation that Sage Jinryong Namgung has slayed the Celestial Phoenix with moderate harm upon his person!"

Emperor Rael heaved a sigh of relief as his shoulders relaxed a little. "It is good to know that we can rely on the Namgung Dynasty as they promised. Indeed, one of three Transcendent candidates is powerful enough to fell a single quasi-Transcendent beast by himself. It is good that the Sage-level perimeter and uting system that I developed has proven to be effective at handling surprise emergences of quasi-Transcendent beasts."

After the Abyssal Dragon wreaked havoc across East Panama for far too long before it was intercepted and slayed.

The Emperor of Harmony had designed a patrolling perimeter centered around Martial Sages with powerful Sages further away, ready to intercept another quasi-Transcendent beast.

A measure that had proven prudent, allowing the Martial Sages to minimize the damage inflicted upon human civilization.

"The estimated death toll is only one hundred and eighty million," Emperor Rael calmly analyzed. "That’s one-tenth of how bad it has been last time."

The Beast Incursion had desensitized not just him, but everybody in the world to death tolls. So many people had died since the Beast Incursion began, that all of human civilization had grownllectively numb to high deathunts.

Numbers that would have utterly horrified people before the Beast Incursion were nownsidered as utterly normal and nothing out of the ordinary.

Emperor Raeluld even feel happy at the death toll ’merely’ being one hundred million.

Regardless, the incident put even greater pressure on human civilization.

The nations, leaders, and Martial Sages of human civilization experienced even greater urgency atmmencing the Solution of Harmony. The solutions of the Dawnbringer and the Esoterist had been disseminated across human civilization.

All the Sage-level powerhouses were equipped with all the siege weapon upgrades and other technological upgrades and inventions while all the Martial Masters of the Sage-level nations had already received the Hellbringer Model and the breakthroughs.

Everything was already in place.

The emergence of the Celestial Phoenix had increased the urgency.

The death of the Gu had increased the burden that the rest of the world shouldered by a visible percentage.

The Beast Incursion had never been more dangerous than it was now.

News of the death of the demon of Asmodeous and the destruction of the Gu has spread across the entire world, spreading immense shock among the Sage-level powerhouses of the world. None of themuld have even fathomed in their wildest dreams that the visit of the Dawnbringer to the Gu would lead to the destruction of the powerhouse.

Now, there were only thirteen.

The death of one of the four Transcendent candidates was shocking.

They had lost one of their most powerful assets against the quasi-Transcendent beasts of the Beast Domain. Although hardly any power in the world had any love for the Demon of Asmodeous, they still hoped that he would partake in the Solution of Harmony and lend his tremendous power for the sake of the survival of humanity.

Now, however, the world was left with only three Transcendent candidates.
