After the gates of Heaven fell, the anchor between the gods and the mortal world was severed.
The error has completely usurped Heaven.
All living beings in the mortal world felt the shackles of destiny disappearing. They lifted their eyes to the sky, feeling as if the entire firmament was trembling.
Day, night, stars.
The holy gates fell from the sky, the tens of thousands of supports maintaining the Fate's Staircase collapsed piece by piece, and this world in the Era of Chaos was gradually heading towards ruin. An Su stood at the top of the entire Fate's Staircase, the scepter of Heaven bound in his hand at this moment.
He felt the power and authority in his hand.
This was the divine authority left behind in the mortal realm, godly power executed in the human world.
After awakening the memories of the gatekeeper of Heaven from three thousand years ago and successfully connecting with the pure white Holy Eyes, An Su's spirit was fifty times stronger than ever, his soul had surpassed the realm of the Demigod, and with the usurped divine authority of Heaven, in some sense, An Su could now be called a 'god' in the worldly sense.
Or rather, both god and not a god.
Not a being who stands above but one who walks among humans.
This is Chenxing. A presence between night and day, between the starry sky and reality.
The gods are those in Heaven, but a god who walks in reality possesses a uniqueness surpassing that of the Outer Gods' 'Shadow and the Unknown', wielding godly power in a mortal body; this is the 'Holy Pope', only recorded in Nether myth.
Though the title might sound impressive, the great Mr. An Su was standing at attention.
"Does it have to be now?" An Su asked seriously, "This world is about to collapse, the steps are unstable. Isn't it too rushed..."
"Then let it collapse; such a collapsing world has its charm."
Miss Enya said softly.
"This is what you promised me."
"Since the Fate's Staircase is already unstable, let's shake it entirely."
"Young Master Ansu, the reason I am making this request of you now isn't out of a selfish desire," she continued. "The turned-around white maid is neither frivolous nor insincere. In fact, my motives are pure and genuine. I am standing on the grounds of destiny and righteousness to make this offer, a measure taken for the billions of beings in Nether, from the standpoint of saving the world. Therefore, I'm not a frivolous or insincere woman."
"We are all 99.9% mistakes. Our errors are not pure; two impure errors should merge into one. This is the ultimate end."
Though Miss Maid was babbling away, An Su couldn't help but admit she had a point.
Because retaining their reasons now, both are 99.9% errors, not pure and absolute errors, independent entities; two impure errors should merge into one.
"So what's the real reason?" An Su sneered.
"Because of the stars." Enya replied calmly.
Invincible.
Those amber translucent eyes, calm and clear, reflected the face of the young man. She slightly stood on tiptoe in her white socks and brown boots, her pristine, swan-like neck tilted back, her delicate hands removing the lace headband from her hair. Her thin lips lightly held it, while her inky black hair, thick and flowing like ink, cascaded down to rest on snow-white clavicles.
The girl whispered in An Su's ear, her breath fragrant as orchids, the thin mist enveloping her warm breath lightly tickling the boy's earlobe, finally dissipating into the slightly cold night. Miss Maid softly declared, without a doubt, her own sovereignty:
"Because I want to be the first."
The reason was singular, seizing the moment, avoiding a long wait — Enya was waging a blitzkrieg!
"One day and eighteen hours, this is what you owe me."
She smiled unquestionably,
"Until the world collapses, until dawn breaks."
An Su did not speak, merely silently indicating that he was underage.
Thus, the stairway to Heaven collapsed even faster.
From the highest level of the Fate's Staircase, piece by piece, fragments of the staircase fell, stars and night mingled, intertwining and grazing. Starlight shimmered over the night, fading and rising again and again. In this dance of night and starlight, the Era of Chaos marched towards its end, the world falling between them, while they would love until dawn broke.
Autumn rain swayed gently, white frost melted completely, but it didn't matter. Even if destiny collapsed entirely, even if all this was a mistake, none of it mattered.
Until the world collapsed, until Heaven fell, the star and night would embrace to the end of Nether.

This is the story of "The Forbidden Love of the Child of the Curse and Miss Maid," the final chapter.
After the final chapter, comes the epilogue.

"I think you're lovesick."
After exiting Heaven, Miss Luoja Fast spoke calmly.
She tilted her head, slightly narrowing her snow-white eyes, the pupils devoid of extra emotions. Like cherry blossom petals, her thin lips parted, speaking such terrifying words with an air of nonchalance.
Those snow-white pupils clearly reflected An Su Moningsta in front of her and Miss Enya beside him.
She coldly reiterated, without the slightest emotional fluctuation.
"I think you're lovesick."
