19 -019: There’s Still A Wedding_1
Jun Mochan noticed that this petite woman would always instinctively find a topic to converse about when embarrassed.
“Waiting at the company.”
As expected, just as the car arrived at the company, Ah Chuan came to open the car door: “Mr.
President, and madam.”
“Hmm, postpone the presentation, I don’t want to be disturbed.”
She didn’t want to make it public.
Ye Ranran stepped down from the car following Jun Mochan’s hand and heard his instructions to Ah Chuan, which led her to purse her lips.
“After meeting them, you will have no peaceful days.
If you want, I can arrange it.”
Is this an explanation?
Ye Ranran was a bit stunned, but she still shook her head: “No need.”
“Hmm, you can enjoy some peace for a while until the wedding is over.
After that, you can’t avoid it.”
Wedding?
Ye Ranran was slightly surprised, “There is still a wedding?”
“Does the madam think that just getting a certificate is enough?” Jun Mochan’s face immediately darkened.
Ye Ranran’s lips moved a bit, but in the end, she said nothing.
“Let’s go, the presentation has started.” Jun Mochan’s big hand rested on her waist, leading her forward.
Ye Ranran leaned into his embrace.
Feeling her movement, the gloom on Jun Mochan’s face faded a lot.
Ye Ranran imagined the showroom with merchandise displayed on shelves and in window displays for people to browse.
However, when she arrived at the scene, she found that it was not the case at all.
This is not a presentation, it’s a complete show.
In the showroom, which could accommodate a thousand people, only Jun Mochan and Ye Ranran were present.
Ah Chuan guarded the entrance against any unwelcome interruptions to Jun Mochan’s plan.
As soon as they sat down, the music started, and the models came out from inside, with text descriptions and large product images appearing on the big screen.
Ye Ranran watched intently, occasionally taking out her own design to make modifications.
She sat like that for the morning.
“All right, finally finished.” Ye Ranran collected her design draft, smiling from ear to ear.
“I didn’t expect it to be so prompt.
Thank you.”
“A simple thank you isn’t enough.” Jun Mochan eyed her full, rosy lips, his tone filled with deep implications.
Ye Ranran met his gaze, slowly leaned in, and kissed him on the cheek, “There, thank you, my dear.”
Jun Mochan scooped her into his arms, Ye Ranran shrieking in surprise: “What are you doing?”
“Taking you out for lunch, what else could it be?” Jun Mochan looked at her teasingly.
Ye Ranran blushed, jumping out from his arms: “Well, of course, we’re going for lunch!
What else could it be?”
After lunch, Jun Mochan took Ye Ranran to his office.
As it was lunchtime, their quiet figures went unnoticed by many.
“I have a meeting in a while, wait for me in my office.
If you want to go somewhere, let the secretary take you.”
“Or should I go home…?”
Jun Mochan interrupted her: “Best if you wait here.
I worry when you’re alone at home.”
Before he left, Jun Mochan kissed Ye Ranran.
Ye Ranran: “…”
He was so domineering.
Out of desperation, Ye Ranran could only sit at Jun Mochan’s office desk and draw up design drafts.
Just as she finished drawing the hemline, the phone beside her rang.
Without hesitation, Ye Ranran picked up the call.
“I’ve found out some interesting stuff, do you want to hear?” Before Ye Ranran could even speak, the person on the other end of the line blurted out eagerly.
