Hearing the footsteps at the cave entrance, the three exchanged a glance.

Gaiyin spoke in a deep voice, "Come in!"

Liu Ye knelt beside Su Tang, recounting in detail everything she had overheard outside the cave to Gaiyin.
After she finished, Gaiyin nodded indifferently, "I see, you may leave!"
Liu Ye hesitated for a moment, then got up to leave.
But when she reached the mouth of the cave, she couldn’t help but turn back to Su Tang, "Tangtang, you’re so capable, can you find a way to save this cub? He’s still so young...."
Su Tang reassured, "Don’t worry, I had already noticed something was wrong with him before you arrived. I’ve fed him some herbal medicine. He’ll be fine when he wakes up!"
Liu Ye let out a relieved smile, "That’s good! Then I’m leaving now!"
Once her figure disappeared, Yadang turned his head to say with certainty, "Well? Was I not right? This cub is from Tiger Valley! Like you, he’s a White Tiger Beastman!"
His gaze towards Gaiyin suddenly turned inscrutable.
Yadang stroked his chin and mused, "At first, I thought you were a White Tiger mutated from a Winged Tiger Beastman, but now it seems you are also a Beastman from the Tiger Valley!"
Su Tang nodded in agreement, "Exactly! Didn’t Liu Ye just say? She heard Bai Zheng say that Wen Jue, the valley master of Tiger Valley, had once lost a cub, and you could very well be that missing cub!"
Yadang shook his head with a laugh, pointing at the cub behind Su Tang, then Gaiyin, and playfully suggested, "Just look at their faces, I’m sure they’re brothers!"
Su Tang covered her mouth and giggled.
Gaiyin frowned slightly, declaring coldly, "I don’t know. When the old tribe leader picked me up, I only remembered that my name was Gaiyin, I don’t remember anything else."

Although the two voices overlapped, Su Tang quickly noticed that the cub seemed to have awakened.
She quickly turned around, kneeling before the cub and closely watching his expressions with concern.
Gaiyin made a face: I thought he said I was the most important?
Slowly, the cub’s eyes opened just a sliver, and Su Tang noticed that, like Gaiyin, he too had pure black vertical pupils.
The cub had a slightly confused look on his face, appearing totally harmless and affectionate. This made people want to snug him up to their chest and pamper him carefully.
