Chapter 241: Chapter 242: Steaming Ricinus

The constructed steam steamer can fit in a clay pot no matter the size. Once covered, the effect will be the same!

Upon understanding this, Su Tang said in a hurry, "Aunt Hongguo, stop kneading the steamer, start making a large quantity of clay pots and bowls first. I can replace the steamer with something else!"

Although Hongguo was a bit doubtful, she didn’t ask any more questions. She nodded and arranged for people to start kneading the Mud Embryo right away.

While Su Tang breathed a sigh of relief, she also assessed the surrounding environment.

The mountain stood tall, with the top third shrouded in fog. You could faintly see the snow-covered peak through the mist.

A stream trickled down from the mountain. Su Tang walked to its edge, dipped her hand in, and felt the cold, refreshing water, presumably melted snow from the mountain’s peak.

Remembering the construction blueprint given by the System, a large part of the area at the foot of the mountain would be dug into a small lake for water storage, while some water would be directed into the mountain through a secret passage as a backup.

The nearby area was planned as farmland, so it would be convenient to dig little channels and direct the stream towards them to irrigate the fields!

Oh, the future seemed promising!

Su Tang nodded in satisfaction.

Making Mud Embryos required a good amount of soil, and not all of them would be successfully burned.

Thus, Su Tang designated an area which happened to be the location of the planned lake, and got everyone to start digging there!

Turning around and grabbing Gaiyin’s hand, she said, "Let’s go and see how Yan Li and his team are progressing!"

Gaiyin nodded, his expressionless face looking somewhat like a protective god following closely behind Su Tang.

As they walked, the cubs from the Stone Beastmen tribe would hide when they saw him.

They soon spotted a lively bunch chasing each other and causing a ruckus in the bushes.

Su Tang waved and called out, "Yaya~"

Yaya stood up from the bushes, with two chicken feathers stuck in his shiny silver mane, a comical sight.

Sighting Su Tang, he immediately abandoned his chase after a Gugu Beast, and dashed towards her, exclaiming, "Sister-in-law~ Why are you here!"

Su Tang chuckled and helped Yaya remove the chicken feathers from his mane, then casually groomed his hair.

"I came to see you guys. Have you caught any Gugu Beasts?" she asked.

Yaya pouted, "Sister-in-law, the Gugu Beast runs too fast. We only captured five in total, and two Long-eared Beasts. But we found many Gugu eggs~"

Su Tang pretended to be surprised, "You guys caught five Gugu Beasts and two Long-eared Beasts? My goodness, you guys are awesome! Good job, Yaya!"

Yaya’s proud smile was plain to see as from behind him, his thin, long tail suddenly emerged and started waving in the air.

Su Tang couldn’t help but widen her eyes while her palms itched. She had an urge to do something about it!

Whoa, she hadn’t expected this twist!

Gaiyin’s face darkened immediately. He shoved all the wings of the Red Butterfly Beast under Yaya’s arms, visibly upset.

"Withdraw your tail and hand these to old Nike for safekeeping!" he said.

The wings of the Red Butterfly Beast were not heavy, but they measured two meters in length and one meter in width.

Yaya was a little over one meter tall, so when Gaiyin gave him the wings, Yaya couldn’t help but step back many times.

At first glance, it looked as if someone was bullying a little cub!
