Actually, it’s pretty much the same as a basket, and isn’t as complex. Arrange the bamboo strips up and down in an interleaving pattern, ensuring holes are left, then fasten with the Ghost Vine Line (the vein of the vine used to weave baskets).

The steamer was assembled quickly, from when Su Tang received the bamboo strips and started to puzzle over them, to when it was finally constructed, it only took a few minutes.
Yuanyuan took it and looked at it with curiosity. "This is the steamer you mentioned? It doesn’t seem to be anything special..."
Huang Guo also leaned in, took it after Yuanyuan was done examining it, and studied it.

Su Tang was dragged ahead by Yuanyuan and Huang Guo, each holding one of her hands, thus leaving her awkward moment behind.
