Chapter 392: Chapter 393: Water Lily
Once Yadang came to a halt, Qiu Mo slid down from his back and gracefully ran over to Su Tang’s side.
Many tribespeople were still participating in snowball fights within the valley, laughter and joy filled the air.
This was Qiu Mo’s first time seeing so many female Beastmen, among them were many that seemed around her age.
An overwhelming surge of excitement filled her heart when she saw a row of beautifully arranged houses, her eyes widened in astonishment!
She pointed at one of them, curiously asking, "Is... is that a house? It’s so beautiful!"
"Yes, indeed. We all live in houses, and there’s heating inside. It’s very warm during the cold season."
Qiu Mo seemed slightly nervously. She tightly grasped the bag she brought up from the sea, expectantly looking at Su Tang.
"Could I live in one too?"
Just as Su Tang was about to nod and affirm her request, she heard Gaiyin cough behind her.
She then remembered the agreed upon narratives they had decided upon before arriving, and said, "Of course you can, by then, you’ll live next door to me, and you can come and play anytime."
Qiu Mo nodded excitedly, "Great, where will I be staying?"
She glanced at Yadang, for the only two vacant houses were next to hers, which belonged to Yadang.
"You could stay with my older brother, there’s an empty room in his house. Our houses are very close, it will be convenient when you come to visit me."
Qiu Mo didn’t mind staying with Yadang. After all, he had just brought her here and now offered her a place in his house, he seemed to be a good Beastman.
So, she nodded obediently, "Great, thank you~"
After settling this, Su Tang took Qiu Mo to her room.
The moment they stepped inside, a surge of warmth hit them. Qiu Mo’s eyes widened in amazement.
"It’s so comfortable in here, so warm, living here is truly amazing!"
Su Tang only smiled in response, she anticipated hearing this kind of praise often in the future!
Qiu Mo was extremely curious about everything in the room. She finally let go of the dark bag she had been tightly clutching.
This caught Su Tang’s attention.
"Hm?"
As she had not gotten permission, she didn’t reach out to take it, she just stood beside and observed.
Qiu Mo was confused, "What’s wrong?"
Su Tang pointed at Qiu Mo’s dark green bag, asking, "What’s that? The color is rather odd."
Qiu Mo suddenly understood, "Ah, you mean the Water Lily. There’s a lot of it in the sea, and it’s quite sturdy. A while ago, when the Ten Thousands Beast Country assembly was held, my father took me there, and a female beast taught me how to weave a bag. I tried weaving one using Water Lily when I got home, it worked, and I could put a lot of things in it."
After a pause, she continued to explain, "Do you like it? But a bag made from Water Lily can only be used in the sea, once it’s taken out, it will dry up and become unusable after a while. I can teach you how to weave, you can use other materials."
Su Tang nodded thoughtfully, "I see, could you let me take a look at it?"
Qiu Mo agreed without hesitation, "Of course!"
As she spoke, she emptied everything from the bag. It was a mess - starfish, whelks, shells, coral, pearls and many other sea specialties.
However, two things in particular caught Su Tang’s eye.
"For you!"
