Chapter 473: Chapter 474: Old Affairs 11

At the sound of Aqi’s voice, the giant hand hesitated.

After a moment of indecisiveness, it pushed the Little Tianguo encased in its palm forward, indicating Aqi to eat.

"It’s not that I forgive you or anything," Aqi grumbled as she took the fruit, "I just can’t stand to waste such good fruit."

The hand tensed a little and before Aqi knew what was happening, it retreated quickly.

Panic seized Aqi, though she didn’t dare to reach out and touch the blue whirlpool. All she could do was to scream at it before it vanished.

"Why did you leave again? Are you upset because I was mad at you? I am not mad anymore, okay? Please don’t leave!"

The blue whirlpool trembled slightly.

Seeing this, Aqi became even more anxious with tears threatening to fall.

Fortunately, the hand reached out again, this time full of Little Tianguos.

The crimson fruits, covered in tiny droplets of water, looked juicy and delicious.

In urgency, Aqi clutched the giant hand, causing the fruits to scatter on the ground.

"I don’t want fruits anymore. I just want you, don’t go!"

The hand remained motionless, allowing Aqi to pull and tug without any intention of retracting.

Aqi eyed it suspiciously for a while and, seeing no movement, gradually relaxed, pulling the large hand and talking non-stop.

"I’ve told you my name is Aqi, you haven’t told me yours yet!"

"..."

"Or do you not possess a name? Shall I give you one?"

"..."

"If you don’t respond, I’ll take it as a yes ~ Hehe, I’m Aqi, so you can be Axi. Axi, I’ll call you Axi~"

"..."

But as they say, all good times come to an end.

It felt like no time had passed when noises began emitting from outside the cave.

Aqi stiffened and quickly pushed the giant hand back into the whirlpool. "My little brother is back, go back for now. Come find me in the afternoon, promise to find me!"

The hand gently patted Aqi’s small one and nudged the hind leg meat that Aqi was trying to give aside.

Aqi stared blankly, "You don’t want the meat?"

The hand lightly shook and it retreated, and the blue whirlpool disappeared again.

Aqi sat dazed on the ground, clutching the leg meat and awkwardly at a loss.

Upon entering, Hai Qin saw his sister’s bewildered expression which struck him as unusual and he stepped forward to find out what was going on.

Feeling something cold under his foot, he looked down to see it was a Little Tianguo.

A Little Tianguo?

It was only then that he noticed several Little Tianguos scattered near the prey.

But where did the Little Tianguos come from?

Hai Qin couldn’t figure it out.

"Aqi..."

Snapped back to reality by his voice, Aqi saw the scattered Little Tianguos and felt a bit... overwhelmed.

"Aqi, isn’t this Little Tianguo? Where did it come from? Why are there so many?"

Aqi decided to act first and quickly stood up to punch Hai Qin on his head, "All you know is to eat! Can’t you just eat without asking so many questions, you little cub?"

Hai Qin protested with a red face, "Aqi, I’ve already become Li, can’t you stop calling me a cub?"

Aqi placed one hand on her hip, feigning severity "No, in my eyes, you’ll always be a cub! That’s because I am your sister!"

Hai Qin blushed deeply.

As an onlooker to this sibling interaction, Wen Jue couldn’t help but stay silent for a while.

So where did these Little Tianguos really come from?
