Xi’en became somewhat frantic at the sight.

Alu’s expression changed slightly. She looked at Xi’en, "What do you mean by this? You’re leaving? Leaving Xixili? Don’t you want your family anymore?"
As soon as Saint Ya was mentioned, Xi’en’s face became visibly pained, his normally gentle demeanour taking on a hint of irritability.
His breath quickened, "She’s not my family, I don’t have such a family! Alu, you know her best. I won’t hide it from you either, I sneaked out of the Canyon a few days ago. If it wasn’t for running into Gaiyin and the others, I would probably have died in the Poisonous Fog Forest outside the Canyon."
Hearing this, Alu couldn’t help but look shocked, "Are you crazy?! You dared to leave Xixili without the Star Moon Flower? Don’t you care about your life?"
Xi’en wore a bitter smile, his eyes filled with sorrow as he looked at Alu, "Do you think it’s comfortable to stay here and continue living under her control?"
Alu’s gaze flickered, but she remained silent.
Xi’en: "Thus, I have to leave, even if it causes my death, I don’t care. I’ve really had enough of her."
Alu lowered her eyes as if deep in thought.
Xi’en didn’t rush her, he just quietly waited at one side.
After quite a while, Alu lifted her head.

She said, "I can agree to bring you to see Chiyan, but you also promise me that you’ll take Xi’en out safely."
Gaiyin solemnly nodded, "I promise you."
Alu let out a sigh of relief, and gently turned around, "Then, come with me."
Catching Xi’en stealing a complicated glance at her from the corner of her eye, Alu chuckled softly, "Why are you looking at me like that?"
Xi’en hurriedly took a few steps to catch up with her, he asked quietly, "Are you not mad at me?"
Alu casually patted Xi’en’s head, "What’s there to be mad about? You’re my little brother."
A warm current suddenly flooded Xi’en’s cold heart, causing his emotions to surge.
Alu gave a light laugh and continued, "Although the Chieftess is a bit strict with you, she actually cares a lot about you. When you disappeared, I thought it was the work of the Sky Fox Clan. The Chieftess nearly started a fight with them."
When Alu mentioned Saint Ya again, Xi’en let out a bitter laugh, shaking his head helplessly.
He didn’t actually hate Saint Ya, he just wanted to escape. He couldn’t stand her almost obsessive need to control him.
