The Beast Soldiers moved quickly, one after another, seemingly in a hurry and without any pause.
Watching the scene, Su Tang frowned slightly.
A spark of insight seemed to flash through her mind, but it was too quick for her to grasp.
Just as she tried to ponder on the clues, a foreign force propelled her into the air, and she landed on a broad back.
Su Tang’s mind went blank for a moment, and she subconsciously stretched out her hands to wrap around the other’s neck.
She looked confusedly at Gaiyin’s profile.
Gaiyin explained, "You’re too slow."
Su Tang silently glanced at her own legs.
So, short legs were to blame.
The surroundings sped backward, like being in a fast yet comfortable car, with no bumps to be felt.
In just a few breaths, they had reached the edge of the Barrier.
It was a spot that Bai Ling and his group had already cleared up.
Bai Ling was currently pressing his hand against the Barrier, studying it with a serious expression.
Bai Ling seemed impatient and just as she turned her head to see Su Tang and the others, her mood seemed to reach a breaking point.
"Who let you come over? This is our territory, go somewhere else!"
Nobody paid her any attention, Gaiyin and the others quickly walked towards the Barrier.
Feeling ignored, Bai Ling raised her hand in annoyance and instantly, three fireballs went straight towards Gaiyin and his group.
Su Tang was the first to see it. She was leaning against Gaiyin’s back and cried out, "Ayin, watch out!"
Gaiyin’s face suddenly turned cold.
He reached out and raised a large shield in the direction of the incoming fireballs, blocking their attack.
Because Bai Ling and Gaiyin weren’t on the same level of Superpower.
Therefore, the fireballs did not damage the shield at all, only making a ’clang’ sound twice.
It was this sound that attracted Bai Ling’s attention.
He turned his head, his gaze dark as he stared at Bai Ling, "What are you doing?"
Bai Ling pouted, pointing at Su Tang and the others and said, "It should be what they’re doing, I already said this is our territory and they can’t come over, yet they’re still coming."
Bai Ling snapped, "I was the one who let them come over, do you have a problem with that?"
"You..." Bai Ling pointed at Bai Ling.
She was left speechless, huffing and puffing with anger.
Bai Ling had no intention of arguing with her and turned his gaze to Gaiyin, looking serious, "Come and see, the Barrier is still moving."
Time was of the essence.
They still hadn’t figured out the pattern of the Barrier’s movement. Who knew if it would stop the next second.
So, there was no time to argue with Bai Ling.
Gaiyin shot her a cold glance, then swiftly headed towards the Barrier with Su Tang and Xi.
Placing his hand on the Barrier, he could clearly sense a pushing force from the outside in.
The Barrier was not moving quickly. Upon closer examination, it went in a constant speed, occasionally pausing or speeding up.
Gaiyin had tried to use his Superpower to counteract the Barrier’s movement, but it was in vain.
Xi then pointed at the Insect Beasts in the distance and said, "How are they moving so quickly?"
When they first spotted them, they could only make out a vague outline and identify the type of the Insect Beast.
But in such a short time, even though the Barrier hadn’t shrunk much, they could clearly see the creatures.
The distance between them and the Barrier had greatly shortened, evidently, their approaching speed was much faster than the shrinking speed of the Barrier.
