Chapter 928: Chapter 933: Beating Up Emma
"When I first picked cumin, they laughed at me, one after another, calling me foolish for not doing any work and just picking some useless grass."
"Later, when we had roast meat with cumin, they realized how delicious it was. You should have seen their faces; I got the last laugh!"
Mei Yan said this with laughter, her expression animated and her voice vibrant with excitement.
"Right, Tangtang, is cumin also something your tribe discovered? Your tribe is really impressive, with so many things we don’t even know about."
Su Tang smiled lightly and nodded, "Our tribe has even more amazing things, I’ll take you to see them someday if I get the chance."
Mei Yan replied cheerfully, "That would be great!"
Having been here for three days eating only Roast Meat with a little salt, Su Tang found it never tasted right and really couldn’t stand it anymore.
So, she described what cumin looked like and how to use it to Mei Yan, hoping to improve her own meals a bit.
She had been in the Cave for a full seven days and had successfully raised her Superpower Level to Level 2. Su Tang felt like she was about to grow fur.
So, after having the Roast Meat, she couldn’t wait to drag Mei Yan out for a walk.
She was in a splendid mood at first, but it didn’t take long for someone to ruin it.
"You! Stop right there!"
Su Tang looked at the blocking Emma, her eyebrows slightly raised, "Is there something wrong?"
Emma’s gaze was unfriendly as she aggressively questioned, "Where have you been sneaking off to these past few days without working? Don’t you know the rainy season is more than halfway over? The cold season is almost upon us, and everyone is stockpiling food, yet you hide away all by yourself.
If you’re going to live in our Silver Wolf Tribe, you must follow our tribe’s rules. Otherwise, just get out of our tribe!"
Mei Yan stepped forward with a displeased look, "Emma, you’re being too harsh. Su Tang was just feeling a bit unwell these past few days, which is why she stayed in the Cave and didn’t come out."
Emma glanced coldly at Mei Yan, "Who asked for your opinion? What do I care if she’s comfortable or not? Does feeling unwell give her the right to be lazy? By your logic, I’m feeling unwell today, so does that mean I don’t have to work either?"
Mei Yan was infuriated, "You...!"
Su Tang pulled Mei Yan back and looked at Emma with a faint smile, "Sorry, my bad. I shouldn’t have rested so many days when I was feeling unwell. But Emma, you’re really something. Even when you’re not feeling well, you can still keep working, I greatly admire you for that. Mei Yan, we should all learn from Emma."
Mei Yan looked reluctant, "Tangtang!"
Emma, with her head held high in arrogance, responded, "As long as you know."
Su Tang glanced around.
Most everyone gathered in the open space in front of the Cave roasting meat; there didn’t seem to be anyone nearby, which suited Su Tang just fine.
She turned to Emma with a bright and stunning smile.
Immediately, a hint of foreboding surfaced in Emma’s heart.
Her face filled with wariness as she watched Su Tang, "What are you planning to do?"
Su Tang clenched her fists, the size of small sandbags, and swiftly and accurately aimed a powerful strike at Emma’s Water Gully Acupoint.
The sudden intense pain caught Emma off guard, causing her to go silent and tumble to the ground, her head throbbing.
Su Tang pressed forward without any reservations, unleashing a fierce beating on Emma, deliberately targeting areas that were particularly sensitive to pain but wouldn’t leave any visible marks, thanks to her knowledge of human anatomy.
Mei Yan watched, utterly dumbfounded!
By the time Emma could no longer bear the pain and realized what was happening enough to scream, Su Tang had already sweetly and cleverly returned to Mei Yan’s side.
