Chapter 108: Chapter 108 Toto and Momo
After Kyra left the parrot alone for a while, he lay there like the king of the house. However, his fat body sat up as he heard a sound.
"Squeak! Squeak!" His eyes turned into hearts as he flew outside the window and saw his crush standing there. Her white feathers, with a tint of silver, were so attractive, and her eyes looked sadly at him.
"Squeak! Squeak! Squeak!" she said sadly. "I thought you liked me, Toto."
"Squeak! Squeak!" Toto replied, "No, I only love you, Momo! Don’t be sad." He hurriedly flew towards her on the roof, kissing her beak with his own.
"Squeak! Squeak!" Momo said, lowering her head. "Really, Toto? But I saw you enjoying cuddles with that beautiful female."
"Squeak! Squeak!" Toto protested. "Don’t misunderstand! I was caught by a dangerous carnivorous wolf. He wants to roast me with his snake friend, who also wants to eat me. If the kind female hadn’t saved me, you wouldn’t even have seen my face again." Toto’s voice was filled with sadness, and he started crying.
"Squeak! Squeak!" Momo exclaimed, "Oh my god, Toto! Thankfully you’re saved because I’m pregnant with your baby." n𝚘𝚟𝚙u𝚋.co𝚖
"Squeak!" Toto exclaimed in shock. "What?"
"Squeak! Squeak." Momo continued, "We should give our relationship a name! I can’t always be your... friend with benefits. If you don’t take responsibility, I will cut my feathers!!!"
"Squeak! Squeak!" Toto exclaimed, "No, Momo, no! You can’t cut your beautiful feathers, or else you will become ugly."
"Squeak! Squeak!" Momo cried, "You called me ugly?"
"Squeak! Squeak!" Toto said hurriedly, "No, no, I didn’t mean that!"
"Squeak! Squeak!" Momo said, "Let’s go. You’re already outside. It’s better to run away now."
Toto hesitated, thinking he actually liked that kind female. She would be sad not seeing him in bed.
"Squeak! Squeak!" Momo urged, "What are you waiting for? Let’s go." She started to fly, and Toto looked back at the cottage, deciding to visit the female secretly as he also flew into the sky.

Kyra returned to the room with food and water for the parrot, only to find the bed empty.
Her heart sank as her eyes misted over.
"Where is my parrot?" Kyra’s voice was hoarse from crying as she looked around desperately.
She searched every corner but couldn’t find the parrot. Feeling very sad, she assumed he must have flown away.
Tears welled up in her eyes as she sank onto the sofa.
Although Lucas was secretly happy that the parrot had run away on his own, seeing Kyra sad, he walked towards her.
"Don’t be sad! You can pet me." Lucas said, shifting into his wolf form and climbing onto the sofa, resting his head on her lap.
Kyra froze when she noticed the bald patch on Lucas’s fur, remembering how injured he had been before.
His blue eyes looked at her innocently.
Kyra realized she didn’t need to be that sad over a parrot she had only known for a short time.
A smile appeared on her lips as she gently patted Lucas’s head.
His fur was soft and silver, comforting her in its own way.
Kyra was startled when she suddenly saw a big snake head near her face. She took a deep breath, realizing it was Vincent.
Vincent looked at her, lowering his snake head, his red eyes filled with expectation.
"You also want pets?" Kyra said, chuckling, as he nodded his head.
For the first time, Kyra touched Vincent’s head. His surface was hard but silky, with pretty dark black scales. He looked like a gorgeous beast.
Kyra smiled, feeling a sense of connection with Vincent as she continued to stroke his head.
"Wooooooof!" Lucas barked, burying his face in Kyra’s lap, trying to act cute.
Vincent coiled himself next to her, his head lying on her shoulder.
It was pretty scary to have a big snake hanging near your head.
Kyra rubbed Lucas’s head, feeling his fluffy fur.
She thought about trying a dog comb on Lucas’s fur to see how it would work.

The whole day passed by quickly.
Lucas went outside to gather some spices and vegetables. When he came back, Vincent went hunting and caught two small rabbits.
Kyra spent the entire day sketching blueprints, actually enjoying the process.
She couldn’t wait to see the final product of her hard work.
After dinner, they wanted to go outside for a walk, but sadly, it started raining again, so they had no choice but to stay inside the house.
"Where am I going to sleep?" Vincent asked.
Today, he wanted to sleep with Kyra.
Just because it was the wolf’s house didn’t mean he could take advantage.
"Of course, on the floor," Lucas said, rolling his eyes as he climbed into bed and sprawled out without a care.
Vincent gritted his teeth as he tried to push the wolf off the bed.
"Why don’t we sleep together?" Kyra asked, puzzled.
As she climbed into bed, she slapped the wolf away, who pouted and made some space for them.
Kyra lay in the middle, and Vincent lay beside her. Somehow, they all fit into the small space, cozy and snug despite the cramped quarters.

The next day, Lucas sadly waved goodbye to Kyra, who was leaving with Vincent. He was stuck guarding the tribe, as he wouldn’t receive his payment otherwise.
Kyra was also sad to leave Lucas but was eager to meet the little guy, Toma. She hadn’t seen him for many days.
After reaching the castle, they received the bad news of Emma’s death. Kyra was shocked, and Vincent’s expression turned serious as he called a meeting. They didn’t even get a chance to share the good news of their marriage.
"Boss, we tried to investigate and found that Emma actually went out with Remy. On the way, they didn’t notice and wandered into the deep forest, where they were attacked by wild beasts. It’s strange, though—we found proof of Emma’s body, but there was no trace of Remy." Viper sanke reported.
