"Did you hear? Boss and Kyra actually got married in a temple!"
"Oh my god! I heard rumors that Boss liked Kyra, but I didn’t expect it to be true."
"That female is really smart, and I heard she was helping Boss build our tribe."
"I am so excited! Hearing that, hahah, maybe I can even try to impress that female."

Toma was completely shocked to hear that Kyra and his brother had already gotten married.
"Are you happy, little guy?" Kyra asked, gently rubbing his chubby cheeks.
His eyes widened, and big fat tears began to fall from them.
Kyra and Vincent panicked when Toma started crying.
"Hey little guy, don’t cry. Are you unhappy?" Kyra spoke softly, patting his back as she hugged him tightly.
"Woooooo! You promised me you’d become my mate, not my big brother," he sobbed.
Kyra looked at Vincent helplessly.
"Toma, you should be happy. You’ll get to see Kyra every day. Why are you crying? You’re still too young to be a forlorn lover." Vincent said, patting his back gently.
"You always tell me I’m young... And brother, you betrayed me by mating with my favorite female." Toma said, pouting with tears still hanging on his eyelashes.
"Aww, don’t cry, little guy. He didn’t betray you. When he saw you sad when I’m not here, he married me just for you, so I would never be lost from your eyes." Kyra said softly, as Toma sat on her lap, looking up at her with wide eyes.
"That’s true." Toma agreed, realizing that if his brother hadn’t married Kyra, he might never have found her again.
Feeling embarrassed for misunderstanding his brother, he climbed off Kyra’s lap and held onto the edge of his brother’s skirt.
Vincent turned his head away, hiding a smile. 𝔫𝖔𝖛𝖕𝔲𝔟.𝔠𝖔𝖒
"Sorry, brother. I didn’t know you did this for me," Toma said softly.
Seeing Vincent still not talking, he continued, "Don’t worry. I won’t tell Kyra that you like males."
Upon hearing his words, Vincent’s face turned shocked again as he looked down at his little brother’s innocent eyes.
"Who told you this?" Vincent’s tone became cold as he asked.
Toma was used to his brother reacting like this, so he replied, "It was Uncle Kyle! He told me you like males."
Vincent’s face turned dark, his red eyes darkned.
"Kyra, stay here with Toma. I’ll be back soon," Vincent said abruptly, turning away. "And lock the doors and windows."
Kyra nodded silently, sensing the seriousness in Vincent’s tone.
She quickly secured the doors and windows, ensuring everything was tightly locked.
As she did so, she mentally lit a candle for Kyle.

Kyle was having fun, basking in his half-snake form at a small nearby lake.
His beautiful ginger-colored tail splashed in the water, feeling refreshed and relaxed.
His eyes sparkled with a smile as he thought of Mia, the cute female he had been daydreaming about.
He was lost in thoughts of her when he suddenly sensed someone’s presence.
Before he could react, a huge snake whipped towards him. He quickly dodged, breathing a sigh of relief when he saw it was Vincent.
However, his eyes widened again as Vincent launched another attack.
"Fuck, Vincent, what are you doing?" he shouted, dodging the attack again.
"I heard you’ve been saying I love males! Should I be happy?" Vincent snarled through gritted teeth. "Of course not. I’m going to beat you until you’re bedridden."
"Oh my god! Vincent, I didn’t say that!" Kyle cried out as Vincent’s thick snake tail splashed against his own. He quickly used his tail to wrap around Vincent’s, trying to fend off the attack.
"Fuck, Vincent! I just told Toma you like males as a joke. Don’t attack me!" Kyle said hurriedly, scrambling out of the water.
Vincent’s eyes blazed with fury.
"Joke?" Vincent’s tone darkened.
From a distance, a loud cry from Kyle echoed, causing birds to flee from the trees.
After beating Kyle, Vincent felt refreshed as he slithered back to the castle, a limping Kyle following behind him.

Kyra had fallen asleep with Toma in her arms, her nose surrounded by Vincent’s scent as she rested on his bed.
Toma was curled up next to her, his head on her arm as he snored softly.
Vincent’s eyes softened as he opened the door with his key. He quietly walked towards them, taking in the heart-melting scene before him.
A smile appeared on his gergeous face as he gently pulled a strand of hair from Kyra’s face and lay down next to her, gazing at her peaceful expression.
Everything felt like a dream. Vincent kissed Kyra’s forehead and then Toma’s.
When Kyra woke up, it was evening.
"Are you going back again?" Toma pouted, looking at his brother.
"Yeah, do you want to come along?" Vincent asked.
Toma shook his head. "No, I want to have a sleepover with my friend," he said cutely. "And Uncle Kyle will take care of me, right?" He added, looking at Uncle Kyle, who was covered in bruises all over his body.
Kyle managed a weak smile. "Of course, Toma. I’ll take care of you." he said, glaring at Vincent.
"And prepare our males. We need to start working quickly to be ready before winter." Vincent instructed before leaving the castle.
Outside, Vincent gently adjusted Kyra comfortably on his tail and began slithering through the forest.
Kyra clutched him tightly, fearfully looking around at the dark surroundings.
The dense, dark green forest made her realize how dangerous it could be to live alone out here.
Finally, when they reached the tribe, she sighed with relief.
The sight of Lucas’s cottage in the distance brought a comforting feeling of home.
When they reached near the cottage, Kyra’s heart melted at the sight of Lucas sitting near the stairs, his head resting on his paws, and his ears drooping.
When Lucas sensed their presence, he became energetic and quickly stood up, his blue eyes sparkling with excitement.
