Su Ran’s good mood from school had utterly vanished.
He cleared his throat a few times and confidentially said to the solemn-looking Wang Dazhuang, “Dazhuang, come closer, and I’ll tell you something.”
Upon hearing this, Wang Dazhuang immediately leaned in.
After Su Ran had said a few words to him, he was overjoyed, feeling as if he had survived a disaster.
He repeatedly thanked Su Ran before hurrying to turn back around.

I’ll use the mushroom soup in your desk hole to shut you up!” Lin Yuqing pouted and flared her cheeks, glaring angrily at the mischievous Su Ran.
Su Ran chuckled at Lin Yuqing’s adorable visage, something he could never tire of seeing.
He gently took out the mushroom soup from the desk’s hole.
Opening the packaging, he revealed the appetizing soup.
The soup was aromatic, and its taste lingered.
Outsiders couldn’t catch a whiff.
Su Ran took a deep breath of this appetite-seducing aroma, then finished it in one gulp, feeling rejuvenated and unspeakably comfortable!
A wave of warmth flooded Su Ran’s heart.

During class, the teacher began a new day’s lesson.

Her reply on the note was swift.

Class was as usual.
The teacher emphasized points on the podium and discussed questions before the period ended.
During break time, Su Ran asked Lin Yuqing, “Deskmate, can I borrow your phone for a moment?”
“Oh, I didn’t bring mine…” Lin Yuqing tilted her head and replied, “Su, what’s up?”
“A small matter.” As Su Ran was about to say something, a sleek small phone was handed to him from behind by Han Siying.
Su Ran hurriedly picked it up, thanked the school beauty, and immediately left the classroom.
Lin Yuqing looked decisively at the nonchalant Han Siying before turning back around.
Liu Yina, still confused asked Han Siying, “Isn’t this phone your life-word?”
“Busybody.” Han Siying ignored her and marked the key points they’d learned that class period.
At the end of the corridor, Su Ran called the customer service for the game “Battle of Gods and Devils.”
“Hello, this is the ‘Battle of Gods and Devils’ customer service.
How may I assist you today?” A pleasant female voice came through the phone.
Due to the urgency, Su Ran was to-the-point and explained the malfunction issue with the high-end Nutrition Cabin.
“Hello, we’re aware of the situation.
As a new user, you might not know that we do not compensate for damages caused by external forces.”
“Every product comes with its user manual, right?” Su Ran wasn’t in a hurry and argued his point over the phone.
“Yes, sir.
Our user manual is inside the product packaging box.”
“But your product’s packaging box was taken away by your installers.
I, as a consumer, haven’t seen the user manual that we are entitled to, and my mother knows nothing at all.” Su Ran chuckled; his only goal was their acknowledgment.
“Oh, I see.
Could I bother you to give us their worker ID?
Once confirmed, we’ll give you a satisfactory answer.”
“26, Alley 3, Kui Street, it was just installed yesterday.
I trust it will be easy for you to check.” Su Ran strongly believed in the capacity and reputation of this global company.
“Alright, we apologize for affecting your gameplay experience, sir.
I’ll get back to you shortly.”
“Also, could you call me back in 50 minutes? 𝘯𝑜𝑣𝑝𝑢𝘣.𝑐𝑜𝑚
I’m in class right now.”
“Okay, goodbye.”
Back in the classroom, Su Ran apologized to Han Siying, “Siying, I need to borrow your phone again next break.”
“Just keep it with you!” Han Siying said to Su Ran, as if it wasn’t a big deal.
“Thanks!” Su Ran put it in his drawer to prevent any incoming calls from interrupting.

She knew all too well that Han Siying’s phone was as vital as her second life.

The business secrets in her phone had to be cherished by Han Siying.

In front of Su Ran, the phone seemed superfluous.

Just then, Han Siying seemingly asked casually, “Need help?”

A pleasant phone ringtone rang, a song about love.
