Chapter 73: Chapter 73: Watch Me Kill You
Chapter 73 -73: Watch Me Kill You
Tang Yu couldn’t believe it, “You’re still gambling? And you want me to sleep with someone? Isn’t she your daughter? Why don’t you ask her?” She pointed at Tang Yifei.
“She’s still in school, and you’ve already slept with a man, once is no different from twice,” Tang Fulin said.
“In your dreams! I’m leaving!” Tang Yu skirted around the sofa and headed for the door.
Tang Fulin stood directly in her way, blocking her exit.
Chang Wenlin was unhappy, “He is your real father, and if you won’t help him, someone will chop off his hands and feet. Can you bear that?”
“If he can bear asking me to sleep with someone, why can’t I bear it?” Tang Yu retorted.
Tang Fulin’s face darkened, “Your life was given by me, think of it as repaying me.”
“If you weren’t going to take responsibility, why did you bother having me at all?” Tang Yu challenged.
Tang Fulin couldn’t accept these words; in his eyes, Tang Yu was disobedient and unfilial for not going along with him.
As long as she agreed to sleep with someone, his money problems would be solved.
He didn’t care about anything else.
Seizing the chance, Tang Yu dashed towards the door, but Tang Fulin caught her—
“Let me go! Let go!”
“Bring the rope over here!”
Tang Yifei fetched a rope and, together with Chang Wenlin, they pinned Tang Yu down while Tang Fulin tied her hands and feet with the rope.
“You better behave! Don’t make me lock you in the dark room!” Tang Fulin was livid.
Upon hearing ‘dark room,’ Tang Yu’s body trembled slightly, panic rising within her.
She didn’t even beg for mercy, knowing it would be pointless.
She had begged too much as a child and had never got her wish.
Gamblers truly have no humanity.
They could even sell their own daughters.
Tang Yu didn’t know where this was.
It must be a hidden place, otherwise, how could such disgusting transactions take place.
So, no one would come to rescue her because of her screams.
Tang Yifei picked up a bag from the ground, rummaged through it, and pulled out her cell phone, but couldn’t unlock it because it had a password.
Tang Yu remembered her phone had a tracker on it.
But would it be too late by the time Ye Sihan discovered it?
“How much do you owe?” Tang Yu asked. “I’ll help you pay it.”
“One million,” said Tang Fulin and then looked at her suspiciously, “Do you have it?”
“I’m a celebrity, just one million, not much. Once I’ve given you the money, you have to let me go.” In truth, it was the compensation that Ye Sihan had given her before.
That money was originally saved for her child, untouchable under any circumstances.
Yet now, she could only use it to save herself.
“That won’t work. I’ve already promised someone else, and if I let you go, Boss Yang won’t let me off the hook,” Tang Fulin disagreed. “Just sleep with him once, it’s simple, just close your eyes and do it. Afterward, give me the money.”
Thinking that his daughter could become his cash cow, his tone softened considerably, coaxing and deceiving her.
Tang Yu was utterly disgusted by his greed!
She took a deep breath in frustration.
As a child, begging Tang Fulin had been useless, and apparently, throwing money at the problem now was just as ineffective.
What to do? How could she escape?
During the wait, she was continuously guarded by the three of them.
With every passing second, her panic intensified.
“Do you two really indulge him like this? He’s a gambler; today he can sell me, and tomorrow he’ll sell you too,” Tang Yu tried to sow seeds of dissent between the mother and daughter.
At this, Tang Yifei grew upset, “How can you compare yourself to me? You’re the daughter he doesn’t want, I’m different.”
Tang Yu had long accepted this fact, but it still hurt.
Looking at the two women before her, they seemed to be living well, much more dignified than she and Yu Zhaohui had been.
Tang Yu still wanted to continue persuading when the knock on the door rang out.
It startled her. So soon?
Not even ten minutes had passed… n𝚘𝚟pub.𝚌o𝚖
Chang Wenlin pushed Tang Yifei into the room while Tang Fulin happily went to open the door.
As soon as the door opened, the sight of the unfamiliar man standing before him made him freeze.
A tall stature, a powerful aura, exuding an extreme and icy oppressiveness, it was a deep-seated fear that penetrated the bones.
“You… who are you?” Tang Fulin asked.
“That person owes me money, and I’m here to collect it,” Ye Sihan said with a cold expression, unmoved.
Tang Fulin’s mind spun, and he understood.
Boss Yang owed this man money, then, to please the creditor, he had offered up a woman.
“Please come in, please come in!” Tang Fulin immediately invited, nodding and bowing.
Tied up and seated on the sofa, Tang Yu wondered upon hearing the sound if she was hallucinating.
However, when that shadowy black figure entered her line of sight, she was dumbfounded.
She stared in astonishment at the suddenly appearing Ye Sihan.
How… how did he get here?
Even if there was a tracker, he had arrived far too quickly…
“Boss, this is her, my daughter. Look at this figure, this face, and crucially, she’s a big star! Absolutely worth much more than you’d expect!” Tang Fulin recommended as if he was presenting his own product.
Ye Sihan walked up to Tang Yu and looked down at her from above.
He reached out, grabbed her chin, and examined her gaze as if really selecting merchandise.
Tang Yu didn’t move or speak.
If Ye Sihan had shown up, it meant at least she wouldn’t be raped by a stranger.
That was a good thing, at least.
“Boss, see, as soon as you came, she obediently stopped moving. This shows that you’re no ordinary man!” Tang Fulin continued to praise.
“The face is indeed not bad,” Ye Sihan said, his dark eyes cold and inscrutable.
“Once on the bed, she’s guaranteed to be utterly overjoyed!”
Tang Yu closed her eyes in discomfort.
Being spoken about like that by her own biological father made her feel nauseous.
It’s as if she wasn’t his daughter, but a, well, lady of the night.
Seeing Ye Sihan gripping Tang Yu’s face without uttering a word was difficult for Tang Fulin to gauge what he was thinking, so he cautiously asked, “Boss, the room is ready. Shall we go in now?”
Before Ye Sihan could respond, the banging knocks on the door resonated.
“Open the damn door!”
Tang Fulin recognized the voice and hurried to open the door. Seeing Boss Yang with a battered and swollen face, he exclaimed in surprise, “Boss Yang, what happened to you?”
The moment Boss Yang entered and saw Ye Sihan, he charged forward, “You damn, coming here, I’ll kill you…”
His words were cut short, his fist raised but never fell.
Ye Sihan’s leg shot out swiftly, kicking Boss Yang in the stomach.
Boss Yang screamed in agony and was sent flying a long distance, straight out the door, smashing into the corridor wall, where he lay gasping for air.
Both Tang Fulin, and Chang Wenlin and her daughter, who were peeking from behind the door, were stunned.
What immense strength was required to send a man flying with a kick?
It was terrifying!
Tang Yu’s heart raced; she had witnessed Ye Sihan’s ruthless side, but seeing his ferocious outbreak anew still evoked fear in her.
The driver and bodyguard came in and stood nervously beside Ye Sihan, “I’m sorry, Mr. Ye, it was my negligence that allowed him to come here.”
“Is it dealt with?” Ye Sihan asked, his dark eyes cold as ice.
“Yes, all of his men can’t get up,” the bodyguard said.
Though it was one against six, there still shouldn’t have been any slip-up.
