After entering the door, the children went to school, and Li Xue left for work.
Only then did Tang Yu find a moment to check her phone.
There were messages from Li Xue, four of them, all expressing her concern for Tang Yu.
Tang Yu made a direct call, and Li Xue’s worried voice came through, “You finally replied to me. Is everything okay?”

Li Xue was the one who picked up the four little ones.
On the way, she told them that Tang Yu wasn’t feeling well, she was sick and needed to rest.
However, after returning, they still sneaked into the room.
Tang Yu was sleeping deeply on the bed, and even when the little ones tugged at her, she didn’t react.
Their big watery eyes looked at mommy, ready to burst into tears at any moment, a sight more distressing than the patient herself.

The four little ones lay on the door with expressions as if it were the end of the world.

“Yes!” The four little ones’ eyes lit up as they followed Li Xue to the kitchen.
Li Xue took fresh lemons out of the fridge, cut one in half, and gave it to Junjun.
The four little ones placed their cups on the coffee table. Junjun grasped the half lemon with his two chubby hands, squeezing it into the cup as hard as he could, his little face turning red.
The three little ones around him clenched their small fists, trying to help him squeeze.
After one squeeze, no juice came out.
Junjun squeezed again, with the other three little ones exerting force with him.
In fact, it would have been simpler to just cut the lemons into slices to put in the cups instead of going through all this trouble.
Li Xue was just giving them something to do so they wouldn’t bother Tang Yu and so the little ones would feel a sense of accomplishment.
A drop of lemon juice dripped into the cup—
“Wow!” The four little ones were extremely excited.
Then it was Zhengzheng’s turn to squeeze.
After that, Haohao.
Last came Xibao.
Xibao also managed to squeeze some lemon juice out, his silly little expression was too cute.
“So much!” Junjun was happy. He turned around to call for mama Li Xue to come and see, but his arm accidentally knocked the cup over.
The cup tipped, and all the lemon juice spilled out.
The four little ones’ expressions stiffened as they looked at the overturned lemon juice, utterly dumbfounded.
Li Xue came over and asked with a smile, “Do you want to keep squeezing, or should mama Li Xue do it?”
“We will!” the four little ones said in unison, then continued with renewed effort.
Finally, after squeezing out nearly half a cup, they succeeded.
Li Xue looked at the lemon juice in the cup and said, “Mama will get better quickly after drinking the lemon juice you squeezed.”
The four little ones were thrilled.
Tang Yu stayed home for two days, just in time for the weekend, spending time with the children, her spirits gradually healing.
Her body was recovering fast as well.
When the children went to school, she went to the set.
She always needed something to do to distract herself, otherwise she would go crazy with restlessness.
She missed filming for several days, and several scenes needed to be made up.
The other actors couldn’t always wait for her, so what was originally a scene with her acting opposite someone turned into a solo performance.
Tang Yu managed it quite well actually.
But that afternoon, while she was acting in a scene with another actor, someone rushed over from the side.
Before Tang Yu could react, she was slapped across the face.
Stunned, she stood there.
Everyone else was shocked as well.
The director halted the shooting, furiously asking, “Who let her in?”
A crew member went over, trying to pull the intruder away.
Zhou Qinghua pointed at them, “Dare to touch me and see! I’ll make sure you can’t stay in Kyoto!”
The crew member was indeed intimidated, standing still without daring to move.
Tang Yu coldly looked at Zhou Qinghua, her face already showing five distinct red finger marks.

“How can your production let a person like this act? Do you know? She liked to seduce men even when she was in school, sell, her, body, cozying up to any rich man she sees, utterly disgusting!” Zhou Qinghua ranted like a shrew, splashing all kinds of dirty water on Tang Yu.
The bystanders just watched, saying nothing.
