By now, all construction materials from the site had been cleared. The prefabricated houses and sheds operated by the construction company were also disassembled and moved to their new material storage site. "Manager He, this place is good, perfect for building our Sky Eye headquarters. When can we sign a contract?" Tang Qing remarked with a smile.
"Boss Tang, we can get them to come over right now to sign the contract and handle the procedures." He Zixin replied with a smile. Seeing the young, dangerously charming boss casually deciding multi-million dollar deals was truly captivating. Gazing at his handsome face just grew more enjoyable with each passing second. She wondered who would be the lucky woman to marry such a man.
"Alright, then. Have them come over to sign the contract. And then, contact an architectural firm. We need to put a lot of thought into the construction of Sky Eye’s headquarters." Tang Qing instructed.
"Yes, Boss Tang. Why don’t you take a seat in the office while I contact the construction company? After that, I’ll bring the architects over." He Zixin suggested. Although most of the prefab buildings were already taken down, they had left an office behind, albeit in a very rudimentary state.

He would leave the finer details to the architects, his only responsibility is to specify special requirements and the location of the office building. He Zixin left to carry out Tang Qing’s instructions, making phone call after phone call. Not only did she have to contact the construction company, but she also needed to liaise with their own company to prepare for the contracts and make arrangements with an architectural firm. "Boss Tang is right, I already have high blood pressure, and some heart problems. I like to eat, and work requires me to eat, there’s no helping it." Chu Jun admitted. Indeed, it was common to dine out for business in the construction industry. With his fondness for food, it was not easy for him to lose weight.
After friendly chitchat, they got down to business. There was no bargaining, as the price, a friendly one according to Dou Jiao, left no room for haggling. After signing the contract, he paid five million first. The remaining procedures required signatures from various departments. Once finalized, the remaining ten million would be paid.
"Boss Tang, I wonder what sort of building you are planning to construct here. I am in the construction business, so if you have construction needs, I hope you will consider my company. Rest assured, I will do a solid job. If there’s any shoddy work or cutting corners, you can hold me accountable." Once the contract was signed, Chu Jun asked. "It’s like this. We funded a project heavily, and the developer has not yet paid as approved in the contract, but we need to pay our workers and suppliers. Hold onto this land, and it will definitely double its worth after a few years," Chu Jun explained, reminding Tang Qing that he held high hopes for this piece of land. Though he was reluctant to sell it, the future would just have to wait. He had to deal with the current problem first.
"Possibly, I am planning to build a company headquarters here. If your bid is reasonable, there is no issue in choosing your company when the bidding happens." Tang Qing agreed. Not due to rashness, but because when he shook hands with Chu Jun earlier, he used the credit investigation function, a feature he hadn’t used for quite some time. Chu Jun’s credit score was as high as ninety-four, therefore Tang Qing felt inclined to lend him a hand. People who keep their word deserve his help.
"Thank you, Boss Tang, for giving me this opportunity. Just let me know if you need anything in the future." Chu Jun said passionately. From Tang Qing’s words, he believed in securing the deal. Though the bidding might have been a formality, he might not make much profit. As long as the company could operate and he could pay his employees, it would become more difficult to recover his money from the developer later.
"You’re welcome." Tang Qing remarked with a smile.
Then it was time for the tedious process of signing the contract and paying the money. Tang Qing didn’t have to handle the remaining procedures. Representatives from both companies would manage them. In all likelihood, Chu Jun still had some connections - he confidently promised he would complete the entire process no later than next Monday. After all, if he didn’t finish the procedures, he wouldn’t get the final payment.
Once the contract was signed, Chu Jun left hurriedly with two of Sky Eye’s representatives to go deal with various departments. As for the security guard, he was a relative of Chu Jun’s and would naturally be taken along. All Sky Eye needed to do was replace him by next Monday. As for the future choice of security personnel, Tang Qing had already considered it.
The security for Sky Eye’s headquarters would be handled entirely by robots, as this place was not only going to house an important communication server but also become a core place for Sky Eye, a business of significant importance to him.
