Chapter 655: Chapter 559 So Cheap (Please Subscribe!)_1

Tang Qing followed Li Kai’s pointing and looked over.

Indeed.

There was an art studio, which did not cover much ground.

Tang Qing also took an interest. Having completed a full round of the clubhouse, this was the only thing that had intrigued him, the rest was bland. Despite his painting skills being nearly perfect, it didn’t stop him from appreciating the works of others.

The male waiter was speechless for a moment.

It turned out that the most appealing thing to the tycoons in his place was actually this painting course. He remembered this shop that was opened by the daughter of a villa owner, and the teacher here was a top graduate from the Beijing Fine Arts Academy.

However, the teacher was just a friend of the villa owner’s daughter. The villa owner’s daughter has long gone abroad to continue her studies. Such a daughter of a tycoon would not be content to teach painting here.

Tang Qing, with interest, headed towards the ’Yunxin Art Studio’, and Li Kai and the male waiter immediately followed.

Upon arrival.

At this moment. 𝘯𝘰𝑣𝘱𝑢𝘣.𝑐𝑜𝑚

There are already eight students sitting inside the studio, all of them quite young, appearing to be middle school students, and there are even elementary school children. At the front, a plate of fresh fruit is placed on a high chair, a woman in her twenties is pacing back and forth behind them, occasionally giving some pointers.

The woman’s appearance was not particularly beautiful, being barely above average, and her clothing was very ordinary, even outright simple. However, what made the biggest impression on Tang Qing was her temperament, refined and quiet.

"You can leave now, I’m done looking around." Tang Qing said to the waiter.

"No problem, it’s my job and responsibility to attend to the villa owners." Considering that Tang Qing was a hidden tycoon within the villa area, the waiter still hoped to ingratiate himself. Seeing that Tang’s interest was piqued by this, he could not help but imagine him as a truly cultured young master from a prestigious family.

He had witnessed many wealthy people coming here, especially young people who would come in groups - playing, having fun, showing off, competing, and seeking excitement. But Tang Qing was unlike any of them, completely uninterested in anything here. He carried no hint of arrogance, and was very approachable. He was the epitome of a true young master of a wealthy family.

The difference in status was evident.

Perhaps this was the difference between sophistication and vulgarity, serving as proof that his family was so wealthy for good reason.

However, Tang Qing was unaware of the waiter’s thoughts.

He walked straight into the art studio.

Glancing at the variety of framed paintings hung on the wall, he nodded approvingly. The paintings were solid, reflecting the skill of someone who graduated from a fine arts academy. Even though they couldn’t be compared to his own works, he could positively tell from the paintings that she must be a very dedicated person.

This was the first ’fellow artist’ he had encountered, as he had previously only painted for his own amusement.

"Old Tang, she is quite good, although there is a gap compared to your paintings." Li Kai couldn’t fully appreciate art, but he could tell the difference between a good and a bad painting.

Looking at the paintings all over the wall and then at the teacher, Tang Qing thought that it wouldn’t be bad to let this woman teach Lin Jiaxue how to paint. He could use his immense control over his body and the ability to create precise compositions to produce an almost perfect painting.

He was confident that he was among the highest standards in this field.

However, Lin Jiaxue was a normal person. She couldn’t follow his path as it needed a lot of foundational training, and a chance to interact with ’ordinary people’. In this area, Tang Qing seemed to lack the ’growing up’ experience.

Hiring an ordinary person to teach another ordinary person.

It appeared to be a good choice. Most importantly, when he first saw this woman, the executing organization quickly transmitted her information to him two seconds later, through a small device in his ear, her information was thoroughly researched.

Yunxin.

Twenty-five years old, an only child, graduated from Beijing Fine Arts Academy with a bachelor’s degree.

Her father, Yunhai, was once a great national art master in China but due to jealousy, he was attacked in 2001 and both of his arms were rendered useless, unable to paint anymore. Furthermore, his wife was serious ill, they had nearly exhausted all their savings to treat her, but she couldn’t do any heavy work either.

Now, Yunhai’s family lives in a village not far from here, barely making ends meet with Yunxin’s earnings. Her mother also does some farming, and Yunhai works as a vegetable vendor. This shop was invested in by Yunxin’s wealthy girlfriend to help her out.

Luckily, as it was located in a villa area, the spending level was high, enabling Yunxin to earn more money than teaching painting outside.

Of course, the full version of the information is much more detailed. The mastermind behind the attack that ruined Yunhai’s hands has been investigated, as well as Yunhai’s life history. Even three generations of her family’s occupations are present among the information. It is thorough.

After such a lengthy collection.

The information network in the command room which covers the populace’s data, is quite enormous and comprehensive, covering billions of people. Especially in America where information infrastructure is developed, with the help of a specialized software, it gathers various pieces of information every moment from the internet, enhancing database content, and organizing it.

This allowed Tang Qing to know Yunxin’s background in such a short period of time.

After learning the situation of Yunxin, especially from the hospital records that showed she is suffering from congenital heart disease.

Tang Qing wanted to help her.

Meanwhile, he could use this opportunity to decrease his tasks, and if Yunxin encounters any difficulties in the future, he could find a reason to help, right?

If he hadn’t run into Yunxin today, he certainly wouldn’t be interested in meddling. But since he did, he couldn’t just stand by and do nothing, although it had nothing to do with him. But if he wanted to help, he would, doing such ’boring’ things often doesn’t seem boring after a while.

"Hello, you’re Yunxin, right?"

Tang Qing said to Yunxin who wasn’t very far away.

Yunxin had noticed Tang Qing and the others who were looking around, and also noticed the staff member with them, assuming they must be the villa’s owners, but since her class was already full, she didn’t approach them to say hello.

"Yes, I am. Can I help you?" Yunxin asked, puzzled.

Tang Qing smiled and said, "Nothing in particular. I was wondering if you’re interested in becoming a home teacher for my fiancée, to teach her painting. Only the weekends, in the mornings."

He had just seen Yunxin’s schedule, which showed she had classes from Monday to Friday, morning till evening, and only in the afternoon on weekends. This would allow some time to teach Lin Jiaxue. Of course, Lin Jiaxue could come here to study, but her own art studio at home was much larger than this place.

"A home teacher? Only on weekend mornings?" Yunxin’s eyes lit up. She used to have classes on Saturday mornings, but those pampered wealthy kids preferred to lie in bed on weekends. Those tycoon parents doting on their kids, agreed to it.

Hence, the current class system.

If she could have classes on Saturday mornings,

She could earn quite a bit more in a month, because home teachers are paid by the hour.

Tang Qing nodded, "Yes, only on weekends. We’re only home to stay over on weekends. As for the price, you can name it."

"Er... how about twenty-five dollars an hour? Would that be acceptable?" Yunxin bit the bullet and quoted a ’high price’. An outside rate for an hour was typically twenty, she hoped quoting twenty-five wouldn’t scare them away.

However, Tang Qing was genuinely surprised.

It’s so cheap.

Then he considered the current consumption level, and thought it made sense. Twenty-five dollars an hour, was a ’high wage’. Private tutoring in the future would have to be marked up several times, especially for art classes which cost even more.

"Let’s round it up to thirty dollars an hour. If you teach well, we can discuss a raise." It wasn’t that Tang Qing was showing off his wealth by proposing a slight increase from twenty-five dollars. When multiplied by ten, it produced two fifty, which was not a lucky number to look at.

"Okay, when do we start?" Yunxin asked seriously. An additional five dollars may not seem like much, but it could add up to a decent amount over time.

"Tomorrow, at eight thirty in the morning, Villa Number Three. Come meet my fiancee and get to know each other," Tang Qing responded.

Yunxin nodded in agreement, "Alright, I’ll be there on time tomorrow morning."

"That’s good. Oh, by the way, here’s the advance for the first month. I expect you’ll be teaching for over three hours each time." Tang Qing pulled out ten hundred dollar bills from his pocket and handed them over. If she were to work three hours a day, that would make a hundred dollars a day, or eight hundred for four weekends in a month. Rounding up, he gave her a thousand.

He would find a way to give her a raise next month. He had already assessed Yunxin’s capability. Her foundation is solid, she had graduated with real skills.

"That won’t do, I haven’t started teaching yet. I’m not a training center, how can I take money in advance? Don’t worry, I will definitely turn up," Yunxin said, stubbornly refusing the money, thinking that Tang Qing was worried she might not show up.

Tang Qing just smiled and insisted, "Take it. I’ll feel more secure if you do." Unable to dispute his persuasive demeanor, Yunxin, caught off-guard, found herself accepting the money from Tang Qing.

Obviously, Tang Qing had used his nerve telekinesis to ’cheat’.

As she watched Tang Qing’s retreating figure, Yunxin tightly gripped the money in her hand and sent her grateful gaze in his direction, then turned back to continue guiding the children in painting. If she saved up, this should be enough to cover her treatment costs next time.

Leaving the club,

Tang Qing headed back to the villa.

The girls were still working out in the fitness room. Ignoring them, he and his companion took their places in the living room to enjoy the online game "Legend". Of course, they played on a private server because the leveling system of the official Shanda server was too slow.
